Նավթի համաշխարհային շուկայում գնի հավասարակշռություն է նկատվում: Ակնկալվում է, որ Վիեննայում հունիսի 2-ին սպասվող ՕՊԵԿ-ի երկրների հանդիպմանը կամրագրվի նավթի հավասարակշռված գինը:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց տնտեսագետ Գոռ Ծառուկյանը:
«Եթե դիտարկենք վերջին մեկ, երկու ամիսների ընթացքը, ապա կտեսնենք, որ նավթի գները բավական բարձրացել են, հասել են 1 բարելի դիմաց 50 դոլարի շեմին: Այսօր չնչին նվազում է նկատվում, սակայն չէի ասի, որ դա կապված է ՕՊԵԿ-ի եկրների սպասվող հանդիպման հետ: Պարզապես ձևավորվում է հավասարկշռված գին, որը բխում է շուկայի պահանջներից, ոչ թե առանձին խաղացողներից: Կարծում եմ` ՕՊԵԿ-ի երկրների առաջիկա հանդիպմանը հավասարկշված գինը կամրագրվի: Թերևս, 1 բարելի դիմաց գինը կտատանվի 50 դոլարի սահմաններում»,-ասաց Գոռ Ծառուկյանը:
Նավթի գների հավասակշռությունը որքանո՞վ դրական ազդեցություն կթողնի Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության վրա: Տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ Ռուսաստանում ներկա տնտեսական բարդ իրավիճակը կապված չէ միայն նավթի գների հետ: Դերակատարություն ունեն տնտեսական պատժամիջոցները: Օրերս էլ թե ԱՄՆ-ն, թե Եվրամիությունը հաստատեցին, որ պատժամիջոցները կպահպանվեն:
«Ռուսաստանի տնտեսությունում լուրջ փոփոխություններ պետք չէ ակնկալել: Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես կանխատեսվել էր, այս տարի առնվազն 2-3 տոկոս տնտեսական անկում կգրանցվի: Հայաստանում էլ առավելագույնը պետք է պահպանել այն, ինչ ունենք»,-ասաց տնտեսագետը:
Արդյո՞ք դա ենթադրում է, որ Ռուսաստանից եկող տնտեսական բացասական ազդակները դեռ կպահպանվեն, ինչպես օրինակ, դրանք տեսնում ենք տրանսֆերտների հաշվեկշռում: Այս տարվա մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ընդհանուր ծավալը կրկին նվազել է: Տնտեսագետի խոսքով, տրանսֆերտների ծավալի վրա երկարաժամկետ գործոններ են ազդում, հետևաբար ներկա փուլում տրանսֆերտների աճ չենք կարող ակնկալել, դա կարող է լինել հաջորդ տարի:
«Նավթի գների կայունացմամբ կարճ ժամկետում իրավիճակը չի կարող փոխվել: Տրանսֆերտները հիմնականում փոխանցվում են շինարարության, սպասարկման ոլորտում աշխատող մեր հայրենակիցներից: Այդ ոլորտները նավթի գների հետ ուղղակիորեն չեն առնչվում: Ազդեցությունն անուղղակի է: Նավթից ստացված եկամուտները ներդրվում են խոշոր ծրագրերում և անուղղակի ձևով խողովակներով գալիս Հայաստան: Հետևաբար, տրանսֆերտների ծավալների ավելացման համար ժամանակ է պետք»,-նշեց Գոռ Ծառուկյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է նավթի գնի կայունացման ազդեցությանը Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության վրա, ապա տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ այնտեղ մանաթի անկումն այնքան մեծ է եղել, որ դժվար թե կարողանան այս փոքր բարձրացումով կարգավորել իրենց խնդիրները:
