Սննդի կրպակները լուրջ ռիսկ են հանրության համար.«Հայոց աշխարհ»

««Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը ահազանգում է, որ հանրային սննդի օբյեկտները մեծ մասամբ աշխատում են հանրության համար բազմաթիվ ռիսկերով:
Այդ առումով բացառություն չեն նաև մայրաքաղաքում գործող այն սննդի կրպակները, որոնք տեղակայված են անմիջապես փողոցների հարևանությամբ, և որտեղ վաճառվող ֆասթֆուդը դրված է մշտապես բաց պատուհանների մոտ գտնվող վաճառասեղանին՝ առանց ծածկի և պաշտպանության: Եվ փաստորեն փողոցով սլացող մեքենաների արտանետումներն ու փոշին ակնթարթորեն նստում են կարկանդակների, համբուրգերների, հոթդոգերի, լահմաջոների, խաչապուրիների, չեբուրեկիների վրա՝ դրանք մարդու օրգանիզմի համար դանդաղ գործող թույնի վերածելով:
Եթե դրան նաև ավելացնենք, որ կրպակների վաճառողները հանգնված են ոչ պատշաճ ձևով, այսինքն՝ նրանց հագուկապը չի համապատասխանում սննդի օբյեկտների աշխատողներին օրենքով ներկայացվող չափորոշիչներին, իսկ սնունդն էլ գնորդին տալիս ձեռնոցներից չեն օգտվում, ապա պարզ կդառնա, թե այդպիսի օբյեկտներից առևտուր անելու դեպքում մարդը տարատեսակ հիվանդություններով վարակվելու ինչ ռիսկի է ենթարկվում:
Զարմանալի է, որ նման կրպակները տեղակայված են մայրաքաղաքի՝ աչքի ընկնող կենտրոնական փողոցներում, օրինակ, Կորյունի փողոցում՝ «Ցիտադելի» դիմաց, Կասյան-Կոմիտաս փողոցների հատման վայրում և այլն, սակայն «աննկատ» են մնում լիազոր մարմինների կողմից։ Դրանք արդեն քանի տարի է, ինչ անպատիժ գործունեություն են ծավալում՝ սանիտարական նորմերի կոպիտ և ակնհայտ խախտումներով:
Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ այդ կրպակատերերը գործում են «հուսալի տանիքի» բարձր հովանավորությամբ` հարկ չհամարելով գոնե իրենց աշխատանքը համապատասխանեցնել սննդի հանրային կետերին ներկայացվող պահանջներին:
Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը թեպետ չի կարող նշել, թե այդ կրպակների տերերի թիկունքին ովքեր են կանգնած և ում հովանու ներքո են կարողանում անարգել առևտուր իրականացնել և թունավորել հասարակությանը, սակայն նշում է, որ անգամ եթե նման հովանավորչություն կա, միևնույն է, Սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը պարտավոր է կասեցնել օրենքի խախտումով աշխատող կրպակների գործունեությունը՝ համապատասխան պատիժներ կիրառելով։ »,–գրում է թերթը։
