ԵԱՏՄ երկրները կկարողանան առանց մաքսատուրքերի նավթամթերք ձեռք բերել

Աստանայում կայացած Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստում ընդունվել է նավթի և նավթամթերքի ընդհանուր շուկաներ ստեղծելու ռազմավարությունը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին նիստից հետո հայտարարել է Եվրասիական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` այսօր քննարկվել են էներգետիկ ոլորտի մի շարք հարցեր: Ընդունված ռազմավարության համաձայն` ԵԱՏՄ երկրների էներգետիկ ընկերությունները կստանան ոչ խտրական մուտք միության գործընկերների նավթային ենթակառուցվածքներին և կկարողանան ձեռք բերել նավթն ու նավթամթերքն առանց քանակական սահմանափակումների, շուկայական գնով` առանց արտահանման մաքսատուրքերի:
«Ռազմավարության իրականացումը նախատեսվում է երեք փուլով: Մենք պետք է մշակենք ռազմավարության իրականացման ծրագիր, այսինքն` կպատրաստվի համապատասխան պայմանագիր, որի ստորագրումից հետո 2025 թվականին մենք կունենանք էներգետիկ շուկա: Մշակվել է նաև գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ստեղծման ռազմավարություն, որը ևս կստեղծվի 2025 թվականին»,- kazinform-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասել է Սարգսյանը:
Մայիսի 31-ին Աստանայում կայացել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստը, որին մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
