Այտուցների առաջացման պատճառները տարբեր կարող են լինել, սկսած երկար ժամանակ նստած մնալուց՝ մինչև անհարմար կոշիկներն ու երիկամների վատ աշխատանքը:

Ջրի մեջ ավելացրեք մի քանի կաթիլ նվենու յուղ և ոտքերն իջեցրեք մեջը: Նվենին խթանում է արյան շրջանառությունը, ու ոտքերն անմիջապես հանգստանում են:

Ծովի կամ հիմալայան աղով լոգանքները հրաշալի միջոց են այտուցների դեմ: Պարզապես ջրի մեջ ավելացրեք մի քանի ճաշի գդալ աղ և ոտքերն իջեցրեք ջրի մեջ:
Սննդակարգում մագնեզիումով հարուստ մթերքներ ներառեք
Եթե օրգանիզմում մագնեզիումի մակարդակը կարգավորված է, ապա այտուցներ չեն առաջանա: Խորհուրդ է տրվում մագնեզիումով հարուստ ուտեստներ ուտել՝ կանաչ բանջարեղեն, կակաո, ընկուզեղեն, հնդկաձավարի շիլաներ, վարսակի փաթիլներ, ձու:
