«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը հանդես է եկել մի հայտարարությամբ, որում խոսել է Ազգային դիմադրության կոմիտե ձեւավորելու նպատակով Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին բանակցություններ վարելու լիազորություններ տալու մասին:

Ինչպես հաղորդում են «Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» ՀԿ վարչությունից՝ մայիսի 12-ին տեղի ունեցած իրենց ասուլիսից հետո արձանագրված արդյունքները թույլ են տալիս եզրակացնել, որ իրենց նախաձեռնությամբ մեկնարկած հանրային դիմադրության գործընթացն արձանագրել է առաջին դրական արդյունքները:

Մասնավորապես հայտարարության մեջ ասված է, որ Ադրբեջանի ձեռքով իրականացվող սողացող պատերազմի համատեքստում սանձազերծված ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի գլխավոր նպատակներից մեկը Արցախի, ինչպես նաեւ ամբողջ Հայաստանի բնակչության ու բանակի շրջանում տարածքային զիջումների տրամադրությունների արմատավորումն էր:

Կազմակերպության անդամների կարծիքով, եթե կառավարող վարչախումբը մասնակից չէ Արցախը հանձնելու ու Հայաստանին ռազմական պարտության մատնելու դավադրությանը, ապա արտաքին անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում առնվազն հանցավոր անգործություն ու անձեռնհասություն է ցուցաբերում՝ ակամա նպաստելով այդ դավադրության իրականացմանը: «Բացի այդ՝ կառավարող վարչախումբը բացարձակապես վստահություն չունի ժողովրդի շրջանում, ուստի անգամ շատ մեծ ցանկության դեպքում չի կարող համախմբել նրան եւ կազմակերպել համազգային դիմադրություն»,- գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Կազմակերպության անդամները, հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը եւ նաեւ նկատի ունենալով, որ ինքնապաշտպանության սրբազան իրավունքը չի կարող սահմանափակվել կառավարող վարչախմբի լիազորություններով ու, առավել եւս, նրա կամքով ու գործողություններով՝նախատեսում են իրենց կազմակերպության հանրային հեղինակությունը ծառայեցնել հասարակությանը հակահարվածին հոգեբանորեն նախապատրաստելու եւ հաջորդ քայլով ազգային դիմադրության քաղաքական շարժում մեկնարկելու համար:

Վերջինների պատկերացմամբ՝ նշված դիմադրության շարժումը պետք է կառավարի այդ նպատակով ստեղծվելիք համապատասխան մարմինը՝ Ազգային դիմադրության կոմիտեն, որը պետք է ձեւավորվի Հայաստանում (Արցախը ներառյալ) եւ արտերկրում բնակվող հեղինակավոր հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներից: «Հեռանկարում Ազգային դիմադրության կոմիտեի համակարգմամբ ընթացող դիմադրական շարժումը պետք է ապահովի նաեւ պետական կառավարման լծակների փոխանցումը ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող կառավարությանը, որն արդեն ի վիճակի կլինի համախմբելու ժողովրդի ու պետության ռեսուրսները եւ հակահարվածի միջոցով ծնկի բերելով հակառակորդին՝ ապահովելու երկարատեւ խաղաղություն ու անվտանգություն»,- հայտնում են կազմակերպության վարչությունից:

Իրենք այդ նպատակով նշված առաքելությունը իրականացնելու համար լիազոր են ճանաչել Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանին՝ նրան հանձնարարելով բանակցություններ վարել Ազգային դիմադրության կոմիտեի անդամության հավանական թեկնածուների հետ, ինչպես նաեւ առաջիկա օրերին մամուլի ասուլիսով ներկայացնելու այդ գործընթացի վերաբերյալ իրենց մոտեցումները:
