«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Գրավատան տնօրեն Արտակ Գալստյանին, որը, ըստ իրավապահների, կասկածվում է իր տնօրինության տակ գտնվող կայքերի միջոցով՝ «analitik.am», «crimenews.am», «armcrimenews.com», շորթում կատարելու մեջ, կալանավորել են, իսկ նրա փաստաբանը՝ Սուսաննա Սարգսյանը, բողոքարկել է կալանքի որոշումը:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Կարեն Բաբակեխյանի հաղորդման մեջ նշված է, որ Արտակ Գալստյանը փորձել է իրենից 6 հազար դոլար շորթել։ Կարեն Բաբակեխյանը հրաժարվեց շփվել մեզ հետ: Հարցին, թե ինչու է հաղորդում տվել, եթե չի ցանկանում բացահայտել հանցագործներին, նա պատասխանեց. «Դրանք միանգամայն տարբեր բաներ են: Ես չեմ ցանկանում խմբագրությունների հետ առնչություն ունենալ»:

Մենք այլ հարցեր էլ էինք ուզում ուղղել Բաբակեխյանին, քանի որ նա նախկին ոստիկան է, իսկ մենք հիմքեր ունենք ենթադրելու, որ կայքերի գործի քննությունը դուրս է գալու ոստիկանության պաշտոնյաների վրա: Համենայնդեպս, որոշ շրջանակում սպասում են, որ այս գործում ոստիկանական հետք է ի հայտ գալու, ինչի մասին ԱԺ ամբիոնից խոսեց պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը:

Նախապես նա խոստացել էր կայքերի հովանավորների մասին խոսել, բայց անուններ այդպես էլ չհնչեցրեց:

Ի դեպ, Արտակ Գալստյանը մի շրջան մասնակցել է ոստիկանությունում գործող կարգապահական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին՝ որպես «Ֆիդես» ՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչ։ Այս ՀԿ-ն ղեկավարում է հենց փաստաբան Սուսաննա Սարգսյանը, որը եւ ժամանակին լիազորել է Արտակ Գալստյանին, որպես «Ֆիդես»-ի իրավաբանական խորհրդի ղեկավար, այս մարմնին անդամակցելու։ Ոստիկանությունից պարզաբանեցին, որ այդ հանձնաժողովը գործել է մինչեւ փետրվար, իսկ այժմ նոր կազմ է ընտրված»:
