««ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ ծառայողական մեքենաների կրճատման մասին վարչապետի հրահանգը վերին օղակներում լուրջ քննարկումների առիթ է դարձել։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանական կուլիսներում քննարկում են այդ խրթին հարցը կարգավորելու հնարավոր օպտիմալ տարբերակներ։ Կա մի «սարսափելի» առաջարկ, ըստ որի՝ ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել ծառայողական մեքենաներից, փոխարենը պայմանագիր կնքել լավագույն մեքենաներ ունեցող մի տաքսի ծառայության հետ (կամ ստեղծել այդպիսի բազա)։

Այս պարագայում կարե|ի է գերծ մնալ բազմաթիվ ծախսերից և տնտեսել մեծ գումարներ, ինչպես օրինակ ապահովագրական, ավտոպահեստամասերի, վառելանյութի համար ծախսվող գամարներր։
«ՉԻ» լավատեղյակ աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ գործառույթը շատ պաշտոնյաների վրա «թանկ» կարժենա այն առումով, որ նրանցից ոմանց կանայք ու երեխաները ստիպված կլինեն զրկվել անձնական սպասարկման վարորդ ունենալու հնարավորությունից։ Նման համակարգ ներդնելու դեպքում կառավարումը պետք է լինի էլեկտրոնային, ինչպես ընդունված է աշխարհում, և էկրանի վրա պետք է երևա, թե որ մեքենան որտեղ Է, որ պաշտոնյային տվյալ ժամին ուր է տանում։
Այս համակարգը կիրառում են մի շարք երկրներում և այդպես բյուջեի վրա շատ էժան են նստում պաշտոնյաների այցելությանները։ Հարցն այդ ձևով կարգավորելու համար բարի կամք կցանկանա՞ն դրսևորել Հայաստանի իշխանությունները՝ կախված կլինի անձնական վարորդից հրաժարվելու դժվարին որոշումից»,–գրում է թերթը։
