ՏՀՏ ոլորտի մասնագետներին ԱՄՆ վիզա տրամադրելու հարցը կարգավորվում է

 «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերությունը, որն ավելի քան 750 աշխատակից ունի, և համարվում է Հայաստանում գործող ՏՏ ամենամեծ կազմակերպությունը, ամենաշատն է առնչվել ԱՄՆ վիզա չստանալու խնդրի հետ: Բայց ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը մայիսի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը տեեկացրեց, որ խնդիրը գնալով հարթվում է, ու իրենք հուսով են, որ մոտ ապագայում այն ամբողջովին լուծված կլինի:

Բանախոսը նշեց, որ երկար ժամանակ փորձում էին հասկանալ մուտքի արտոնագրերի տրամադրման մերժման պատճառները` կապելով դա քաղաքական հարցերի հետ, բայց որոշակի ժամանակ հետո հասկացան ինչումն է բանը: «Եթե նախորդ 15 տարիներին մենք անգամ մեկ դեղին քարտ չէինք ստացել, վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում այսքան կարմիր քարտերի առկայությունը մեզ բոլորիս հունից հանել էր: Մտածում էինք ինչը կարող էր լինել պատճառը: Վերջապես հասկացանք, որ իրական պատճառը աշխատանքային վիզա ստանալն է: Դա ծագել է ոչ թե Հայաստանից, այլ ուրիշ երկրներից: Գործատուներն իրենց աշխատողների ն գործուղել են Միացյալ Նահանգներ և պարզվել է, որ այնտեղ նրանք  աշխատել են, հարկեր չեն վճարել: Ինչով էլ պայմանավորված էին այդ մերժումները»,-ասաց Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը:  

Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստանից գնացող ոլորտի մասնագետների պարագայում դա հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ նրանք ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ գնում են կարճաժամկետ թրեյնինգների, բիզնես հանդիպումների և աշխատելու մասին անգամ խոսք լինել չի կարող: «Ներկայում մերժումների քանակը պակասել է, հույս ունենք, որ մոտ ապագայում հարցը կլուծվի վերջնականապես»,-եզրափակեց Մուսայելյանը: 

Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարար Էմիլ Տարասյանը տեղեկացրել էր,  որ ԱՄՆ դեսպանի և հյուպատոսի հետ քննարկումներից հետո, ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներից դրական արձագանքներ էր ստացվել, որ խնդիրը կարգավորվում է:
