Քննիչները մեղադրանք են առաջադրել քաղաքացուն ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառած անձին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է քաղաքացուն ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
2016 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին «Արմենիա» ԲԿ-ից ահազանգ էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կողմնային պատի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերքով, ձախ թոքի վնասումով» իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Սերգեյ Աբրահամյանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ տուժող Ս.Աբրահամյանն ու մեղադրյալ Ռ.Կայիլյանը միմյանց ճանաչել են վաղուց. ծանոթացել են «Կոշ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրելու ընթացքում։ Դեպքի օրը՝ 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին՝ ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում, Ս. Աբրահամյանը գնացել է հանդիպելու Ռ.Կայիլյանի հորեղբորը, ում շենքի բակում հանդիպել է Ռ.Կայիլյանին և վերջինիս ընկերոջը։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցել են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում միասին պատիժ կրելու ժամանակահատվածի մասին, որի ընթացքում Ս.Աբրահամյանը վիրավորական արտահայտություններ է հնչեցրել Ռ.Կայիլյանի հասցեին, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ վերջինս նրան հարվածել է:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ Ս.Աբրահամյանը դիմել է փախուստի, իսկ Ռ.Կայիլյանը հետապնդել է նրան, բռնություն գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ, իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածել Աբրահամյանի որովայնին և դեպքի վայրից դիմել փախուստի, իսկ Ս.Աբրահամյանը շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Ռ.Կայիլյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (դիտավորությամբ ուրիշի առողջությանը ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելը):
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
