Քթի և դեմքի մաշկի վրա ի հայտ եկած սև կետերը նյարդայնացնում են շատերին: Սրանք ի հայտ են գալիս ճարպագեղձերի խցանման դեպքում: Իսկ սև են, քանի որ դրանց մակերեսին փոշի ու կեղտ է նստում:

Սև կետերը ոչ մի առողջական խնդիր չեն ներկայացնում իրենցից, կարող են ի հայտ գալ բոլոր տարիքի և սեռի մարդկանց մոտ: Սակայն հիմնականում ռիսկային գոտում են այն մարդիկ, ում մաշկը յուղոտ է, իսկ ծակոտիները՝ լայն: Հաճախ սև կետերը կամ, ինչպես բժշկական տերմիններով են դրանք կոչվում՝ կոմեդոնները, ի հայտ են գալիս այնտեղ, որտեղ մաշկն ամենայուղոտն է՝ քիթ, ճակատ, ծնոտ:

Սև կետերը, բացի տհաճ լինելուց, ուրիշ ոչ մի վնաս չեն հասցնում: Խնդիրներն ի հայտ են գալիս այն ժամանակ, երբ այդ խցանված ծակոտիների մեջ ինֆեկցիա է ներթափանցում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով անհրաժեշտ է ժամանակին և կանոնավոր կերպով դրանցից ազատվել:

Մինչև պրոցեդուրային անցնելն անհրաժեշտ է մաքրել ծակոտիները: 5 րոպե ջրի մեջ եռացրեք նուրբ ատամի խոզանակը: Եռացրած ջրի գոլորշու վրա պահեք գլուխը, կարող եք ջրին որևէ թուրմ ավելացնել՝ երիցուկի, սրոհունդի, անանուխի:

Մի փոքր քանակությամբ ատամի մածուկ քսեք մաշկին: Մոտ 5 րոպե պահեք դեմքին, իսկ հետո նուրբ շարժումներով մերսեք ատամի խոզանակի միջոցով:

Պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ ոչ բոլոր մածուկներն են համապատասխանում այս պրոցեդուրային: Ընտրեք այն ապրանքը, որը մանր մասնիկներ չունի, շատ կարևոր է նաև անանուխի բացակայությունը, այսինքն՝ կարող է լինել, բայց քիչ քանակությամբ:
