Վայոց ձորի մարզ կատարած այցի շրջանակներում վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մարզպետարանում հանդիպել է խաղող մթերող եւ վերամշակող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, քննարկել բերքի մթերման կազմակերպչական հարցեր:
Վարչապետը նշել է, որ ընթացիկ տարում հանրապետությունում կա խաղողի մեծ բերք եւ կարեւորել է արտադրողների եւ մթերող կազմակերպությունների միջեւ փոխշահավետ գնի շո ւրջ համաձայնությունը:
Վարչապետը նշել է, որ կառավարությունը մեծ կարեւորություն է տալիս գինեգործության զարգացմանը եւ այսօր, ավելի քան երբեւէ, գործադիրը կանգնած է վերամշակողի կողքին` պատրաստ լինելով ամեն կերպ օժանդակել նրանց: «Հորդորում եմ գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին եւ վերամշակող կազմակերպություններին միասնական աշխատել՝ նպաստելով նաև երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծմանը: Մենք պատրաստ ենք լսել ձեր առաջարկությունները գինեգործության ոլորտի զարգացման ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի միասնական կերպով կայացնենք ճիշտ որոշումներ` այսպիսով նաեւ տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու համար»,- ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում վերամշակող գրեթե բոլոր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները նշեցին, որ ընթացիկ տարում խնդիրներ են ունեցել դեպի Ռուսաստան արտահանման հետ կապված, ինչը պայմանավորված է ռուբլու կտրուկ արժեզրկմամբ: Նրանց խոսքով` ունեն կուտակած արտադրանք, որը դեռեւս պետք է իրացնեն: Քննարկման ընթացքում վերամշակող կազմակերպությունները ներկայացրեցին իրենց հնարավորությունները խաղողի բերքը տարբեր չափաքանակներով մթերելու հետ կապված: Միաժամանակ նրանք նշեցին, որ պատրաստ են խաղողը ընդունել մեկ կիլոգրամը 200 դրամի սահմաններում հաշվի առնելով առկա խնդիրները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում հնչեցին տարբեր առաջարկություններ, այդ թվում գինեգործական ընկերություններին որոշակի ժամկետով ակցիզային հարկի ուղղությամբ արտոնություններ սահմանելու վերաբերյալ: Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ անպայման կքննարկեն հարցը եւ կախված ակցիզային հարկից ստացվող հարկային մուտքերի չափաքանակից կկայացնեն համապատասխան որոշում: Նրա խոսքով՝ տարբեր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ բարձրացնում են արտոնությունների խնդիրը, սակայն պետք է հաշվի առնվեն նաեւ երկրի առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերները: Հանդիպմանը ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ Վայոց ձորի մարզում այս տարի ակնկալվում է մթերել 4900 տոննա խաղող: Դրանք կիրականացնեն 15-20 ընկերություններ:
