Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հին Հունաստանի պատմության թերևս ամենադրամատիկ դրվագը Աթենքի և Սպարտայիգլխավորած պոլիսների միությունների դիմակայությունն էր։ Պատմության մեջ այդ կոնֆլիկտները հայտնի են որպես Պելապոնեսյան պատերազմներ։ Այդպիսի պատերազմները մի քանիսն էին ու ընթանում էին փոփոխական հաջողություններով, բայց դրանք սոսկ պատերազմներ չէին՝ տարբեր հունական պոլիսների միջև։ Այդ պատերազմները աշխարհայացքների ու քաղաքակրթական մոդելների միջև էին․ մի կողմից բացարձակ միլիտարիզացված սպարտական մոդելն էր, մյուս կողմից ավելի համակողմանի զարգացած ու բալանսավորված աթենական մոդելն էր։

Պատերազմներն ընթանում էին փոփոխական հաջողությամբ, բայց, պատմության մեջ շատ չխորոնալով, ասեմ․ թեև Սպարտան հիմնականում հաղթում էր առանձին ճակատամարտերում ու հերթական պատերազմներում և անգամ գրավեց հենց Աթենքը, բայց, ի վերջո, Սպարտան պարտվեց և դուրս մղվեց հիմնական դերակատարի իր ավանդական դիրքերից։ Սպարտական հասարակության մոդելի խնդիրը միակն էր․ Սպարտան չուներ այնքան մարդկային ռեսուրս, որ դինամիկ լրացներ իր կորուստները, և դրա հատընտիր զինվորների թիվը նվազում էր ամեն ճակատամարտից հետո՝ անախ նրանից՝ հաղթո՞ւմ էին սպարտացիները, թե՞ պարտվում։ Ու մի գեղեցիկ օր պարզվեց, որ Սպարտան պարզապես չունի բավարար քանակով բնակչություն, որպեսզի դիմակայի իր ախոյաններին, իսկ Աթենքը, որը ոչ պակաս մարտական ու ոչ մարտական կորուստներ էր կրում այդ պատերազմներում, այդուհանդերձ կարողանում էր լրացնել իր կորուստները և հզորացնել իր դիրքերը։

Վերադառնանք մեր օրեր։ Ունենք մերօրյա Սպարտա՝ ի դեմս Արցախի։ Հայաստանի այս մասը նույնքան միլիտարիզացված է, որքան պատմական Սպարտան ու չափազանցություն չի լինի, եթե ասենք, որ Արցախը գոյատևում է հիմնականում բանակի ու բանակին կից ենթակառուցվածքների շնորհիվ։ Հարցը միայն ֆինանսական-նյութկան կողմում չէ։ Մարդիկ ծնվում ու մահանում են պերմանենտ պատերազմի պայմաններում, գոյատևում են պատերազմող պետության տրամաբանությունում և իրենց կյանքը հիմնականում դասավորում են այս պարադիգմայում։

Լա՞վ է արդյոք սա։ Չգիտեմ։ Մի կողմից՝ պերմանենտ պատերազմի պայմաններում այլ կերպ անհնար է։ Սակայն մյուս կողմից, աչքներիս տակ ունենք Սպարտայի պատմական դասը, երբ ինչ որ մի պահ՝ 1 կամ 11 պատերազմներից հետո, 10 կամ 100 ճակատամարտերից հետո, էլ բավարար քանակով զինվոր չես ունենում, որովետև բնակչությունը չի կարողանում վերարտադրվել միլիտարիզացված հասարակությունում բավարար արագությամբ։

Ու սա ստեղծում է օրվա հրամայական՝ Սպարտական իրականությունից՝ Աթենական տեսլականի անցնելու մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ։ Դա չի նշանակում զգոնություն թուլացնել։ Բնավ։ Դա պարզապես նշանակում է մեխանիզմների ու ենթակառուցվածքների կայացում, որոնց առկայության պարագայում Արցախի հայի համար այլընտրանքը բանակի ու անորոշության/արտագաղթի մեջ չի լինի։ Արցախի հային հիմա զենքից ու տուշոնկայից ոչ պակաս պետք է հենց այդ ալընտրանքը։ Արցախին ու մնացյալ Հայաստանին պետք է զինվոր՝ լավ զինված ու մշտապես զգոն, բայց լավ զինված ու մշտապես զգոն զինվոր չի լինում մի տեղ, որտեղ թիկունքում անորոշությունն է ու չարաբաստիկ «գաղջը», բայց այդ մասին՝ հաջորդիվ։
