Կառավարությունը բյուջեն կատարել է 93,5 տոկոսով, իսկ դեֆիցիտն ավելացրել՝ 167.2 տոկոսվ

Ինչպես յուրաքանչյուր տարի, այս տարի ևս համակարգող կառույցները ներկայացրեցին տարեկան բյուջեի կատարողականը, ինչպես նաև հրապարակվեցին ամփոփ տվյալները:

Այսպիսով, 2015թ. ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի մասին օրենքով նախատեսվել էր 2015 թվականի ընթացքում հավաքագրել 1 տրիլիոն 191.5 միլիարդ դրամ եկամուտ: Ներկայացված ամփոփ տվյալներից պարզ է դառնում, որ նախատեսվածի փոխարեն հավաքագրվող եկամուտների ծավալը կազմել է շուրջ 1 տրիլիոն 248 միլիարդ 220 միլիոն դրամ: Տարվա ընթացքում եկամուտների ծավալը ավելացել է 57 միլիադով, իսկ այս ենթակետը գերակատարվել է շուրջ 5 տոկոսով:

Փաստացի հավաքագրված եկամուտների ծավալը կազմել է 1 տրիլիոն 168,7 միլիարդ դրամ, որը կազմում է նախատեսված ծավալի 93,5 տոկոսը, այսինքն՝ 2015 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականը կազմել է 93.5 տոկոս, իսկ փաստացի եկամուտները ՀՆԱ-ի հետ հարաբերակցությամբ կազմել են 23.1 տոկոս:

2015 թվականի բյուջեի մասին օրենքով ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդին նախատեսել էր հատկացնել 18 միլիարդ դրամ, սակայն տարվա ընթացքում այս ցուցանիշն ավելացել է 12.5 միլիարդ դրամով և ամփոփ տվյալների համաձայն կազմել 30.5 միլիարդ դրամ:

Բավական մտահոգիչ է պետական բյուջեի պակասորդի (դեֆիցիտ) ֆինանսավորման մասին ամփոփ ցուցանիշները: 2015 թվականին ևս այն շարունակել է աճել և կազմել է 241.3 միլիարդ դրամ: Այն նախորդ տարվա նույն ցուցանիշը գերազանցում է 167.2 տոկոսով: Մտահոգիչ է հատկապես այն փաստը, որ պակասորդի ֆինանսավորումը իրականացվել է հիմնականում արտաքին աղբյուրների հաշվին՝ այդպիսով ավելացնելով արտաքին պետական պարտքի բեռը: Համաձայն հրապարակված տվյալների՝ պակասորդի ֆինանսավորման արտաքին աղբյուրներն աճել են 1031 տոկոսով, իսկ ներքինը՝ նվազել 83.9 տոկոսով, այսինքն՝ տարվա սկզբում Կառավարությունը նախատեսել էր ավելի շատ օգտվել ներքին աղբյուրներից, սակայն, ի վերջո, մեծապես ապահովվել է արտաքին աղբյուրներից:
