Takprosto.cc կայքը գրում է, որ ըստ կառուցվածքի ընտրված դիետան ազդում է հենց մարմնի խնդրահարույց հատվածների վրա: Այդ պատճառով էլ պետք է հասկանալ մարմնի ձևը և ըստ դրա՝ ընտրել սննդակարգ:

1. Եռանկյունի: Այսպիսի կառուցվածքին բնորոշ են նեղ ուսեր, բարակ գոտկատեղ և լայն ազդրեր: Այս կառուցվածքն ունեցող անձանց սննդակարգը պետք է ընդգրկի պարզ մթերքներ՝ ծովային ձուկ, կաթ կամ կաթնաշոռ, լոլիկ, մուգ բրինձ և մի փոքր կանաչի: Պետք է մոռանալ մակարոնեղենի, գազավորված ըմպելիքների մասին:

Շրջան: Կառուցվածքի այս ձևն առանձնանում է իր կլորությամբ: Նրանք հաճախ մեծ կուրծք և գոտկատեղ են ունենում: Սննդակարգ պետք է ներառել շատ բջջանյութ և թարմ մրգեր: Ձուկը, մեղրը և ընկույզները կօգնեն այս տիպի կառուցվածք ունեցող կանանց: Սննդակարգից պետք է հանել սպիտակ հացը, կենդանական ճարպը և տապակած մթերքները:
