Թուրքիան վերածվել է մեկ մարդու պետության. Մարտին Շուլց

Եվրոպայի Խորհրդարանի նախագահ Մարտին Շուլցը, խստորեն քննադատելով Թուրքիան միանձնյա ղեկավարելու այդ երկրի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը, հայտարարել է, որ «Թուրքիան վերածվել է մեկ մարդու պետության»:
Այս մասին հայտնում է գերմանական Welt am Sonntag թերթը:
«Էրդողանի նպատակն արագորեն իրեն ուժեղացնելն է: Թուրքիայում որոշում ընդունելու մեխանիզմը մեկ մարդու մենատիրության տակ է: Դա անընդունելի է», -ասել է Եվրախորհրդարանի նախագահը:
Անդրադառնալով փախստականների վերաբերյալ Եվրամիություն-Թուրքիա համաձայնության շրջանակում թուրքական քաղաքացիների համար ԵՄ մուտքի ազատականացման հարցին, Մարտին Շուլցն ասել է.
«Թուրքիան մինչ այժմ չի կատարել վիզայի ազատականացման համար կարեւոր չափանիշները: ԵՄ-ն Անկարայից պահանջում է փոփոխություններ կատարել անձնական տվյալների պահպանության եւ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի օրենքներում: Թուրքական խորհրդարանում անհապաղ պետք է սկսվեն այդ օրենքների փոփոխության հարցում քննարկումները: Սակայն, եթե դա տեղի չունենա, եվրոպական կառույցները չեն կարող համապատասխանել այդ հարցում հետեւելիք ճանապարհային քարտեզին: Այդ ժամանակ հնարավոր չի լինի, ինչպես ծրագրվել է` հոկտեմբերին վերացնել Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար վիզային սահմանափակումը»:
Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը համառում է երկրում խորհրդարանականի փոխարեն նախագահական համակարգ մտցնելու մեջ: Նշենք, որ այդ երկրում խորհրդարանական համակարն առկա էր 1923 թվականից` Թուրքիայի հանրապետության ստեղծման օրվանից: Էրդողանն առաջարկում է հանրաքվե անցկացնել նոր սահմանադրություն ընդունելու եւ կառավարման նախագահական համակարգի անցնելու գծով:-
