Արտյոմ Տոնոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նորանշանակ նախարարի հայտարարությունը հաստատում է այն իրողությունը, որ ադրբեջանա-իսրայելական ռազմական համագործակցությունը չի սահմանափակվում միայն ադրբեջանական կողմին վաճառվող զենքերով. համագործակցության երկու կողմերն էլ ունեն սեփական հետաքրքրությունները: Եթե Ադրբեջանի դեպքում թիրախը Արցախն է, ապա Իսրայելի դեպքում Իրանն է:

Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նոր նախարար Ավիգդոր Լիբերմանը հայտարարել է, որ Իսրայելի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև համագործակցությունը զարգանում է բավական դինամիկ ձևով և ուղղությունների ամենալայն շրջանակով:

«Հարաբերությունների մակարդակն իսկապես շատ բարձր է, և դժվար է գնահատել դրանց կարևորությունը երկու երկրների համար: Բոլոր ոլորտներում երկկողմ փոխգործակցության ընդլայնումը համապատասխանում է մեր պետությունների շահերին, և դա ինձ թվում է՝ բավական հեռանկարային» - ասել է Ավիգդոր Լիբերմանը:

Ավիգդոր Լիբերմանը Իսրայելի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնում աշխատած ժամանակ այցելել է Ադրբեջան ոչ մեկ անգամ: Այդ այցելություններից ամենաառեղծվածայինը 2012թ.-ի ապրիլյան այցն էր: Լիբերմանի այդ այցն Ադրբեջան տեղի ունեցավ այն պահին, երբ ամերիկյան «Ֆորին Փոլիսի» պարբերականը տեղեկացրեց, որ Իսրայելն Իրանի վրա հնարավոր հարձակման դեպքում Ադրբեջանի տարածքը կօգտագործի Իրանի դեմ:
