Վարդենիս-Քարվաճառ ճանապարհը պետք է պատրաստ լիներ այս տարվա մայիսին, բայց այն չկա. ինչպես ենք բարեգործությամբ երկիր «պահում»

Մեր իշանությունների թեթև ձեռքով այս տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները և Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներն այս երկիրը, բանակը պահել են բարեգործությամբ, ճանապարհները, աղետի գոտին փորձել են կառուցել բարեգործությամբ, բարեգործությամբ են բուժվել աղքատության ճիրաններում ապրող ընտանիքների երեխաները։ Իսկ այդ ընթացքում մեր «տերերը» զբաղված են եղել ոչ միայ ժողովրդի հարկերը, այլ նաև այդ բարեգործությունների մի մասը յուրացնելով։
Եվ բարեգործությամբ երկիր պահելու այս՝ մեր իշանությունների համար «երանելի» մեխանիզմն իրեն արդարացրել է. հարկերը սպառազինությանը, ռազմավարական ճանապարհներին ուղղելու փոխարեն կդնեն իրեմց գրծանը, իսկ ժողովուրդը սահմանին իրադրության ամեն սրման հետ թող իր վճարած հարկերին զուգահեռ նաև իր հանապազօրյա հացի մի մասը տա սպառազինությանը, թող կրկնակի հարկվի։
Բայց խնդիրը միայն այն չէ, որ մեր երկիրը բարագերծությամբ ենք պահում, խնդիրն այն է, ոչ ժողովուրդին ոչ միայն իր հարկերը, այլ որոշ դեպքերում նաև բարեգործությունը չի ծառայում։
Մի քանի տարի առաջ Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամով կազմակերպվեց հերթական փող մուրալու գործընթացը, այս անգամ պետության պարտականությունների մեջ մտնող Վարդենիս—Մարտակերտ ռազմավարական ճանապարհի կառուցման համար։
Նախ, ինչպես սովորաբար լինում է նման դեպքերում, հատկապես, սփյուռքահայության հայրենասիրական ազնիվ մղումները չարաշահեցին լկտիաբար։ Միլիոնները հավաքվեցին ճանապարհը չկա առ այսօր, ճանապարհի շինարարական աշխատանքները նույնիսկ չեն սկսվել՝ չնայած այս բարգործության անվան տակ փողեր փոշիացնող հիմնադրամի կայքում գրված է, որ ճանապարը պետք է պատրաստ լիներ այս տարվա մայսին, այսօր մայիսի 30-ն է, ճանապարհը չկա։
Հիմա ինչն է ամենասարսափելին, հայությունը՝ Հայաստանում և նրա սահմաններից դուրս, լուռ համակերպվել էր այն մտքի հետ, որ հույս ունենալ պետք չէ թե պետաան բյուջեի միջոցները կուղղվեն երկրի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող նախագծերի իրագործմանը, և հասկացել, որ եթե ուզում է մի բան փոխի՝ պետք բարեգործություն անի։ Բայց ախր այս ժողովրդին նույնիսկի հանգիստ բարեգործությունն անել չեք թողնում, այստեղ էլ եք խաբում նրան։ Իհարկե ամոթը կորցրած մարդկանց վրա դժվար է ազդել հետևյալ խոսքերով, բայց այնուամենայնիվ՝ պարոնայք, դուք կորցրել եք ամենաթանկը՝ ժողովրդի վստահությունը։
