1.Խնձոր և դարչին

Մեկ խնձորը բարակ կտրատեք և վրան լցրեք 500 մլ մաքուր ջուր: Ավելացրեք 1 թեյի գդալ աղացած դարչին, սառեցրեք և խմեք օրվա ընթացքում: Խնձորի և աղացած դարչինի համադրությունը ձեզ կօգնի կարգավորել նյութափոխանակությունը և մաքրել աղեստամոքսային համակարգը:

2.Կիտրոնի հյութը՝ մեղրով

2 Ճաշի գդալ թարմ քամած կիտրոնի հյութը խառնեք 200մլ տաք ջրի հետ, ավելացրեք 1 թեյի գդալ բնական մեղր, մի պտղունց աղացած կոճապղպեղ: Ընդունել սոված ժամանակ՝ նախաճաշից կես ժամ առաջ: Դա կօգնի մաքրել աղեստամոքսային համակարգը, ամրացնել երակների պատերը և կհաղորդի կենսական ուժ:

3.Կոճապղպեղի հյութ

Ոչ մեծ քանակությամբ թարմ կոճապղպեղը (3-4 սմ) մաքրել կեղևից և մանր կտրատել, վրան լցնել 1 լիտր տաք ջուր, հասցնել եռման աստիճանի և միջին կրակի վրա եփել 10 րոպե, քամել: Ցառելուց հետո ավելացրեք մի պտղունց աղացած դարչին և մի քանի ճաշի գդալ մասուրի հյութ: Ընդունել օրվա ընթացքում 100-150 մլ, ուտելուց կես ժամ առաջ: Կարգավորում է մարսողությունը, նյութափոխանակությունը: Ըմպելիքը կունենա նաև ակտիվացնող և ընդհանուր ամրացնող ազդեցություն:

4. Բազուկի հյութ

Պատրաստեք թարմ հյութ մեկ բազուկից, երկու խնձորից և չորս նեխուրի ցողունից: Ընդունեք օրը 2 անգամ (առավոտյան և երեկոյան)` ուտելուց կես ժամ առաջ:

5. Կոկտեյլ «առողջություն»

Պատրաստեք թարմ հյութ 1 նարնջից, 1 կիտրոնից և դրան խառնեք 100 մլ հանքային ջուր: Խմեք սոված ժամանակ` ուտելուց կես ժամ առաջ: Այս կոկտեյլը լավ միջոց է հոգնածության հաղթահարման համար և պարունակում է մեծ թվով հակաօքսիդանտներ:

6. Վարունգ և նեխուր

Մանրացրեք 1 վարունգ և նեխուրի 1 արմատ, ավելացրեք 300 մլ ջուր: Խմեք օրվա ընթացքում: Կատարյալ է օրգանիզմի բեռնաթափման օրերին:
