Օրը լռությամբ սկսեք: Արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո երկխոսության մեջ մի մտեք: «Գիշերվա փորձը կվերաճի առավոտվա իմաստնության». այդպես է ասում հնագույն իմաստնությունը: Պատուհանը բացեք, թող տարածքը լցվի թարմ օդով, դա կարթնացնի ոչ միայն բանականությունը, այլեւ ոգին: Աչքերը լվացեք սառը ջրով:

Անկողնուց անմիջապես դուրս մի եկեք, նախ կողքի շրջվեք եւ սահուն բարձրացեք: Այդպես դուք չեք կորցնի գիշերվա ընթացքում կուտակած էներգիան:
