Քաշի կորուստը ոչ միշտ է դրական փոփոխություն հանդիսանում մարդու համար, չնայած ժամանակակից հասարակությունում ընդունված է հակառակը համարել: Հարավային Կորեայի գիտնականներն այն եզրակացությանն են հանգել, որ նիհարելու գործընթացը կապված է արյան կազմում կենսաքիմիական փոփոխությունների հետ, որոնք բարձրացնում են հիվանդությունների զարգացման ռիսկը, հայտնում է MIGnews.com-ը:

Նրանք պարզել են, որ նիհարելիս, երբ օրգանիզմում նվազում է ճարպային զանգվածը, վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութերը, որոնք մինչ այդ պահվում էին ճարպերի պահուստներում,   «կեղտոտում են» արյունը: Այդ բաղադրիչները չափազանց մեծ քանակությամբ ներթափանցում են արյան մեջ, ինչը վտանգավոր է առողջության համար, հայտնում են գիտնականները: 

Գիտնականները վերլուծել են 40 եւ ավելի տարեկան ավելի քան  1000 մարդու արյան նմուշները: Փորձարկվողների թվում եղել են այնպիսիք, որոնք նիհարել էին եւ ուրիշներ, որոնք ավելորդ քաշ էին կուտակել: Երկու խմբերի արյան կազմի ստուգումը ցույց է տվել. նիհարած մարդկանց օրգանիզմում աղտոտող նյութերի քանակությունը չափազանց մեծ է եղել, այն դեպքում, երբ նրանց մոտ, ովքեր գիրացել էին, այն զգալիորեն նվազած է եղել:   «Արյան մեջ օրգանական աղտոտիչների մակարդակի  բարձրացումը կապում են հիպերտոնիայի, երկրորդ տեսակի դիաբետի եւ սրտի հիվանդությունների զարգացման հետ», - պարզաբանել են մասնագետները: 

Գիտնականները նշում են, որ նիհարելու օգուտը բոլորովին էլ միանշանակ չէ. չի բացառվում, որ նիհարելն օգտակար է միայն նրանց, ում մարմնի զանգվածը չափազանց մեծ է: Մնացած մարդկանց մոտ, որոնք նիհարում են, դրա համար հատուկ բժկական ցուցումներ չունենալով, նիհարումը կարող է օրգանիզմի համար բացասական հետեւանքների հանգեցնել: 

«Վստահությունը, թե քաշի կորուստը միշտ ընդամենը դրական կողմ է, իսկ ավելորդ կիլոգրամների կուտակումը` բացասական, քննադատության չի դիմանում: Շատերը ենթադրում են, որ քաշի կորուստն օգտակար է, որովհետեւ նվազեցնում է արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը եւ արյան ճնշումը, սակայն քաշի նվազումը կարող է նաեւ բացասական հետեւանքներ ունենալ», - ընդգծում են հետազոտության հեղինակները: 

Նման դրսեւորումները, նրանց կարծիքով, կարող են իրենց ազդեցությամբ ավելի խորը ավերիչ  հետք թողնել օրգանիզմի վրա, քան նիհարելու հնարավոր դրական հետեւանքները:
