Արամ Հարությունյանը ԵԿԶՀ-ի պատվիրակության հետ քննարկել է «Ոռոգման համակարգերի արդիականացում» ծրագրի աշխատանքները

 ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության  ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանն ընդունել է «Ոռոգման համակարգերի արդիականացում» և «Հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքի ավտոմայրուղու շինարարության» ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման շրջանակներում Երևան ժամանած Եվրասիական կայունացման և զարգացման հիմնադրամի պատվիրակությանը:   Պատվիրակության կազմում Õ �ին ԵԿԶՀ-ի ներդրումային վարկերի մասով նախագծային խմբի տնօրեն Ա. Չերեկայևը, ԵԿԶՀ նախագծային գործունեության գլխավոր մասնագետ Ս. Սավինը և Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի երևանյան ներկայացուցչության տնօրենի տեղակալ Ա. Պողոսյանը: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնից։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Պարոն Հարությունյանը ներկայացրեց, որ «Ոռոգման համակարգերի արդիականացում» ծրագրի վարկային համաձայնագիրը ստացել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի դրական եզրակացությունը, որից հետո 2016թ. ապրիլի 25-ին վավերացվել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի կողմից: Նկատի ունենալով ծրագրի հրատապությունն ու արդիականությունը, ՀՀ ԳՆ ՋՏՊԿ նախագահը հույս հայտնեց, որ ծրագրի դիզայնի և գնումների պլանի հաստատման աշխատանքները հնարավորինս շուտ սկսվեն: Պատվիրակության անդամներն էլ իրենց կողմից ներկայացրեցին, որ ծրագրի համաայնագիրը ստացել է իրենց իրավաբանական-փորձագիտական դրական եզրակացությունը և ներկա պահին ընթանում են գնումների պլանի մասով տեխնիկական որոշ հարցերի ճշգրտումներ: Ակնկալվում է առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում գնումների համաձայնեցված պլանը ներկայացնել Բանկի հաստատմանը, քանի որ ըստ ժամանակացույցի՝ հունիսի 13-ը համարվում է պայմանագրի էֆեկտիվության վերջնաժամկետը: Համաձայն ԵԶԲ խորհրդի գնումների ուղեցույցի՝ գնումները պետք է անցնեն միջազգային մրցույթների չափանիշներին համապատասխան, այն է՝ միջազգային մրցույթների հայտարարմամբ:

Բացի գնումների պլանի հաստատումից, ծրագրի ակտիվացումը կախված է նաև «Պլանավորված աշխատանքների հրահանգներ» փաստաթղթից, որի ուղղությամբ կատարվում են վերջնականացման աշխատանքներ: Կողմերը պայմանավորվեցին կատարել նաև աշխատանքների հստակեցում՝ շինարարության ենթակա տեղանքների միացման գործընթաց կազմակերպելով, որն առավելագույնս կհեշտացնի ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը: Նախատեսվում է ծրագրի շինարարությունը սկսել ըստ տեղանքների պատրաստվածության:

Պատվիրակության անդամները տեղեկացրեցին, որ այցի շրջանակներում նախատեսում են նաև մի քանի տեղանքի այցելություն»:
