Մեր սուրբ պարտքն է ուս ուսի տված վերացնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի բոլոր հետևանքները: Թշնամին չի կարողանում համակերպվել օրեցօր զարգացող և գեղեցկացող Արցախի հետ: «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների և տեղական մարմինների 25-րդ համատեղ նիստին հայտարարեց հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արա Վարդանյանը: «Ցավոք, ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ավերվել են բազմաթիվ տներ, շենքեր և հաստատություններ, բայց ոչ երբեք մեր հավատը, երազանքները և միասնականությունը: Որպես հայ, մենք կրկին մեր կամքը ցուցադրեցինք ամբողջ աշխարհին, որ մենք անպարտելի ենք, երբ միասին ենք: Այժմ մեր գործելու ժամանակն է: Մեր ասելով նկատի ունեմ ոչ միայն հիմնադրամին, այլ ողջ աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը»,-ասաց Արա Վարդանյանը: 

Որպես «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն` նա հիշեցրեց, որ հիմադրամը եզակի հայկական բարեգործական կազմակերպություն է, որն ամեն տարի անցնում է բազմաբնույթ ստուգումներ դրամական հոսքերի ու իրականացված ծրագրերի որակի վերաբերյալ: «Այսօրվա մեր իրականության մեջ ոչ Հայաստանում, ոչ սփյուռքում չկա որևէ այլ կառույց, որն իր գործունեությունն իրականացնի նման թափանցիկ ոճով»,-հավելեց նա: 

Ներկայացնելով իրականացվող և իրականացված ծրագրերից մի քանիսը` Արա Վարդանյանը մատնանշեց Վարդենիս-Մարտակերտ ավտոմայրուղու կառուցման կարևորությունը` հավելելով, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է մինչ այս տարվա վերջ ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ շահագործելու համար: «Հիմնադրամը շարունակում է իր մշտական աջակցությունը Հայաստանի և Արցախի սահմանամերձ համայնքներին` իրականացնելով կենսական նշանակության ենթակառուցվածների և գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ծրագրեր: Այս ոլորտում մեծ ներդրում ունի Ֆրանսիայի մեր տեղական մարմինը, որն արդեն չորրորդ տարին անընդ մեջ իրականացնում է գյուղատնտեսոթւյան զարգացմանն ուղղված լայնածավալ ծրագրեր Տավուշի մարզում: Կուզեի առանձնացնել Արգենտինայի հայ համայնքի եւ Ավստրալիայի տեղական մարմինների կողմից իրականացվող ջերմոցների կառուցման ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում արդեն կառուցվել է շուրջ 45 ջերմոց Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան, Իջեւան, նոյեմբերյան, Բերդում: Այս ծրագրի իրականացումը թույլ է տալիս գյուղացու համար ստեղծել նոր կայուն եկամտի աղբյուր»,-տեղեկացրեց Վարդանյանը: 

Հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենը խոսեց նաև համահայկական ջանքերով մի շարք կրթական հաստատությունների կառուցման մասին:«Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2015 թվականին հիմնադրամի տարբեր տեղական մարմինների ֆինանսավորմամբ ավարտին է հասցվել ավելի քան 30 նախաձեռնություն, իսկ 24 տարիների ընթացքում իրականացված ծրագրերի թիվն արդեն իսկ հատել է հազարի շեմը: Այս ամենը հնարավոր չէր լինի առանց մեր աշխարհասփյուռ հարյուր հազարավոր հայրենակիցների աջակցության, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի բնակչությունների: Համոզված եմ, որ մեր ջանքերը համախմբելով կկարողանանք շարունակել մեր ազգանվեր աշխատանքը և աջակցել հայկական կարևորագույն խնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծմանը»,-շեշտեց Արա Վարդանյանը:
