«Ժառանգություն»-ը մեղադրում է իշխանություններին

«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունն այսօր նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի վերաբերյալ հետեւյալ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել.
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նորանկախ պատմության մեջ բոլոր բացասական զարգացումները կապված են եղել ընտրությունների կեղծման եւ ոչ լեգիտիմ իշխանությունների ձեւավորման հետ: Համակարգային կոռուպցիա, տնտեսական փակ դաշտ, արդարադատության համակարգի բացակայություն, մարդու իրավունքների ամենօրյա խախտումներ՝ այս ամենը ընդամենը հետեւանք են իշխանությունների կողմից անհավասար ընտրական պայքարի, կեղծարարությունների եւ բացառապես ապօրինի, ուժային կառույցների օգտագործմամբ իշխանության վերարտադրության»:
Կուսակցությունից հայտնում են, որ, ունենալով նախորդ ձախողված փորձերը, իրենք իշխանությունների հետ քննարկման չէին գնում, քանի որ առկա էին իրենց դիրքորոշումն արտահայտող հստակ առաջարկները, եւ դրանց շուրջ բանակցելու ոչ մի իմաստ չկար: «Իշխանությունները պետք է կա´մ ընդունեին այդ առաջարկները` ընտրությունները հնարավորինս բերելով օրինականության դաշտ, կա´մ մերժելով դրանք շարունակեին իրենց արատավոր եւ հանցավոր գործելակերպը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
«Ինչպես ցույց տվեց մայիսի 25-ի քվեարկությունը, իշխանությունները, չնայած ապրիլյան պատերազմական գործողությունների սաստկացմանը, չեն փոխել կեղծիքների միջոցով իրենց իշխանությունը պահելու մտադրությունը: Ընդհակառակը, ներմուծելով 13 ընտրատարածքների մեխանիզմը, մեծացրել են մեծամասնական համակարգի ծավալը եւ այն կապել համամասնականի հետ»,- նշում են կուսակցության անդամները:
Վերջիններիս համոզմամբ՝ ընդունված օրենսգիքը ոչ միայն չի մեծացրել ընտրությունների նկատմամբ հասարակության վստահությունը, այլեւ հակառակը, ավելի է նվազեցրել այն: «Ընտրական օրենսգիրքն ընդունվել է առանց ընդդիմության եւ հասարակական դաշտի հետ համախոհության: Ընդունված Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը մեծ տեղ է թողնում ընտրակեղծարարության եւ ընտրական գործընթացի մանիպուլյացիաների համար: Նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի պատճառով առաջացող բոլոր բացասական հետեւանքների պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է իշխանության եւ նրան աջակցողների վրա», - հայտնել են կուսակցության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ երկու օր առաջ՝ մայիսի 25-ին ԱԺ-ում երրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունվել է Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նոր նախագիծը, որն ընդդիմության եւ քաղաքացիական հասարակության համար անընդունելի դրույթներ է պարունակում:
