Արման Թաթոյանը հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարի հետ

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը մայիսի 26-ին Ստրասբուրգում հանդիպում է ունեցել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատար Նիլս Մուժնիկսի հետ:
Ինչպես հայտնում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից, հանդիպման ընթացքում օմբուդսմենը ԵԽ հանձնակատարին է ներկայացրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի դաժանությունները եւ ընդգծել, որ դրանք այդ պետության բարձր աջակցությամբ իրականացվող հայատյաց քաղաքականության հետեւանք են:
«ԼՂՀ իրավապաշտպան եւ ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների մասնակցությունը միջազգային մակարդակի քննարկումներին շատ կարեւոր է՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան ուղղված էր հենց ԼՂՀ խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ եւ որ իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն առաջնահերթ է՝ անկախ որեւէ հանգամանքից: Դա կարեւոր է բռնություն սերմանող ադրբեջանական ագրեսիվ շարունակական քաղաքականության պայմաններում»,- նշել է Արման Թաթոյանը:
Մասնավորապես, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եվրոպական չափանիշների ներդրման ուղղությամբ համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու հետ կապված հարցեր:
Այս առումով, Արման Թաթոյանը կարեւորել է վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելումը ազատազրկման վայրերում՝ որպես կանխարգելման ազգային մեխանիզմի կարողությունների շարունակական զարգացման անհրաժեշտություն: Կարեւորվել է քաղաքացիական հասարակության եւ անկախ մասնագետների հետ համագործակցությունը՝ որպես արդյունավետ աշխատանքի գրավական:
Ընդգծելով Պաշտպանի հաստատության կանխարգելիչ դերը՝ կողմերը քննարկել են երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, ընտանեկան բռնության դեմ պայքարին վերաբերող հարցեր: Նշվել է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց ներգրավմամբ իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցը:
Օմբուդսմենի գրասենյակի փոխանցմամբ՝ հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ակտիվ համագործակցել՝ նշված հարցերում համատեղ ծրագրեի իրականացնելու, կարեւոր արդյունքներ արձանագրելու համար:
