Նախարարն աղքատության մակարդակի 2 տոկոսով նվազումը նաև սոցիալական ծրագրերի արդյունք է համարում

Հայաստանում նախորդ տարի աղքատության մակարդակը 2 տոկոսով նվազել է 2014-ի համեմատ, ինչը ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարը համարում է նաև սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացված ծրագրերի արդյունք:Այս մասին հայտարարեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը Ազգային ժողովում 2015 թվականի բյուջեի կա տարողականը ներկայացնելիս: «Եթե 2014-ին աղքատության մակարդակը 32 տոկոս էր, ապա 2015-ին 30 տոկոս է կազմել»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ իրենք հատկապես կարևորում են աղքատության հաղթահարումը կենսաթոշակառուների շրջանում: «Ըստ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տնային տնտեսությունների համապարփակ հետազոտության տվյալների` աղքատության հիմնական ռիսկային խումբը համարվում են կենսաթոշակառուները»,-ասաց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: Նա հիշեցրեց, որ 2015-ին 15 տոկոսով ավելացվել են կենսաթոշակները, և միջինում դրանք կազմում են 45 հազար դրամ:

2015 թվականի պետական բյուջեի ծախսերի 27.2 տոկոսն ուղղվել է սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտին: Կատարված հատկացումները կազմել են 383.7 մլրդ դրամ՝ ապահովելով 99.6 տոկոս կատարողական: 2014 թվականի համեմատ սոցիալական պաշտպանության ծախսերն ավելացել են 12 տոկոսով կամ 41.2 մլրդ դրամով: Աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակների ծախսերը կազմել են 221.7 մլրդ դրամ: 2014 թ. համեմատ ծախսերն աճել են 13.9%-ով կամ 27 մլրդ դրամով՝ պայմանավորված հիմնական կենսաթոշակի և աշխատանքային ստաժի մեկ տարվա արժեքի բարձրացմամբ: 2015 թ. հունվարի 1-ից աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու համար հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը սահմանվել է 16000 դրամ՝ նախկին 14000 դրամի փոխարեն, իսկ աշխատանքային ստաժի մեկ տարվա արժեքը՝ առաջին տասը տարվա համար սահմանվել է 800 դրամ, տասը տարին գերազանցող յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար՝ 500 դրամ, նախկինում սահմանված համապատասխանաբար 700 դրամի և 400 դրամի դիմաց:
