Հայաստանը և Ղազախաստանը ձգտում են խթանել երկկողմ հարաբերությունները զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում:
Այս մասին նշվում է Ղազախստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքում: Օգոստոսի 5-ին Հայաստանում Ղազախստանի դեսպանատան նախաձեռնությամբ Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում տեղի է ունեցել «Ղազախստանի և Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջային ներուժը. փորձ, համագործակցություն, հեռանկարներ» համաժողով:
Հայաստանում Ղազախստանի դեսպանության գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Կանատ Խասենովը տեղեկացրել է Ղազախստանում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունների, այնտեղ կայանալիք միջազգային միջոցառումների, այդ թվում՝ 2017 թվականի ձմեռային ունվերսիադայի և «Էքսպո 2017» մասնագիտական ցուցահանդեսի մասին: Նա ընդգծել է Ղազախստանի ռեսուրսների հսկայական ներուժն ու տարբեր շրջաններում զբոսաշրջության տարբեր տեսակների զարգացման հնարավորությունը։ Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքները՝ 2020թ․-ի համար նպատակ է սահմանվել զբոսաշրջիկների թ իվը հասցնել 8 միլիոնի: ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության զբոսաշրջության զարգացման քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանն ընդգծել է թեմայի կարևորությունը և արդիականությունը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը: Ապրեսյանը հատկապես ընդգծել է տուրիզմի տարբեր ոլորտների զարգացման հայաստանյան ներուժը, ինչպես նաև տրամադրվող ծառայությունների որակական և քանակական աճը:
Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են նաև Հայաստանի տուրօպերատորների և հյուրանոցային համալիրների ներկայացուցիչներ և ղազախական տուրիստական գործակալությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
