1565 տարի առաջ, այս օրը տեղի ունեցավ Ավարայրի ճակատամարտը:
Մահ ոչ իմացյալ՝ մահ է, մահ իմացյալ՝ անմահություն:
Վերջին շրջանում շատ են լսվում քամահրական ու ծաղրական արտահայտություններ՝ բարոյական հաղթանակների վերաբերյալ: Բարոյական հաղթանակի արժեքը չի կարող գիտակցել նա, ով խնդիր ունի բարոյական արժեքների հետ: Իսկ երբևիցէ մտածել ե՞ք, որ բարոյական հաղթանակ կարող է տանել նա, ով հոգեպես ավելի ուժեղ է, ավելի կայուն ու հաստատակամ:
Դա վճռական մենակի գործողություններ են: Բարոյական հաղթանակը դա հաղթանակն է տվյալ պահին սեփական թուլության ու վախի հանդեպ, դա նվիրում է՝ սեփական անձը վտանգելով՝ պաշտպանել ավելի կարևոր ու բարձր արժեք, պատրաստ լինելով ինքդ քեզ հանուն այդ արժեքի զոհաբերել:
Բարոյական հաղթանակ են տարել բոլոր այն անձիք, ովքեր վնասվել կամ զոհվել են՝ պաշտպանելով այլոց բռնությունից սեփական տունն ու ընտանիքը, ծնողներին, իրենց համար թանկ ամեն մի անձի ու արժեք:
Բարոյական հաղթանակը ոչ մի կապ չունի վերջնական արդյունքի հետ:
Բարոյական հաղթանակ են տարել ու տանում այն զինվորները, ովքեր կրակն իրենց վրա վերցնելով, անհավասար մարտի են մտնում թշնամու հետ, իրենց կյանքի գնով ապահովում ընկերների մարտավարական նահանջը կամ ժամանակ շահում՝ մինչ համալրման ժամանումը: Միթե՞ նրանք զոհվելով՝ պարտվում են: Իրենք գիտակցում են ուժերի անհավասարությունը, բայց չե՛ն սասանվում, չե՛ն տատանվում, այլ իմացյալ ընդունում են մարտահրավերը՝ հիմնականում հասկանալով վերջնական արդյունքը:
Ավելի պարզունակ օրինակ բերեմ. բակային կռիվներում միշտ փախել ե՞ք: Չի եղե՞լ, որ պատվաբեր ծեծ եք կերել, բայց ձեռք եք բերել դիմացինի հարգանքը: Չէ ո՞ր հենց դա է բարոյական հաղթանակը: Եթե ոչ, միշտ փախել եք՝ թողնելով ձեր ընկերներին ու միշտ ձեր մորթը փրկել՝ կարծում եմ վերոգրյալի մասին մտածելն անիմաստ զբաղմունք է ձեզ համար:
