Բնական միջոցներ՝ կապտուկներից 24 ժամում ազատվելու համար

Հարվածից հետո մաշկը հակված է կապտելու, որը տեսանելի է դառնում մի քանի րոպեի ընթացքում և ամեն հաջորդ օրը կապտուկն ավելի ակնհայտ է դառնում ու մգանում, որը կարող է տևել օրեր՝ գունափոխվելով կապույտից մինչև դեղին ու մանուշակագույն։ 
 
Ներկայացնում ենք բնական միջոցներ, որոնցով կարող եք անցկացնել կապտուկները ընդամենը 1 օրում։
Հարվածից անմիջապես հետո սառը կոմպրես դնել ցավող հատվածում՝ 5 րոպե ընդմիջումներով, որպեսզի խուսափեք հյուսվածքների սառեցումից։ Սառույցը չի նվազեցնում ցավը, այն դանդաղեցնում է արյան և ավիշի հոսքը արյան անոթներով՝ դրանով իսկ կանխելով կապտուկի՝ հեմատոմայի, առաջացումը։ 
 
Սառույցից հետո անհրաժեշտ է հարվածի հատվածում դնել կաղամբի տերև, որն անցկացնում է ցավը և նվազեցնում ուռածությունը։ Կաղամբի տերևը պետք է դնել վնասված հատվածին, կապել և պահել 2 ժամ։ Կաղամբի փոխարեն կարելի է նաև օգտագործելմաղադանոս, որը նախապես պետք է մանր կտրատել։ 
 
Կապտուկի կանխման համար լավ միջոց է նաև կարտոֆիլը․ կարտոֆիլը եփել, պատրաստել պյուրե, ավելացնել մի փոքր մեղր և մի քիչ ջուր, խառնել և պատրաստի զանգվածը դնել վնասված հատվածում։ Պահել 15 րոպե և մաքրել։ Այս պրոցեդուրան օրվա ընթաքում կատարել 2-3 անգամ։
 
Սոխը ևս հիանալի միջոց է կապտուկների դեմ, քանի որ այն ունի հակաբորբոքային հատկություններ, որոնք այս դեպքում լավ ազդեցություն են ունենում։ Կաղամբի տերևի նման սոխի շերտերը դնել վնասված հատվածին և կապել։
Քացախի մեջ թրջված բամբակը ևս մեկ միջոց է, որը կօգնի կանխել կապտուկի առաջացումը։
