Բունդեսթագի կողնից Ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը ցույց կտա անցյալի որոշ էջերին շիտակ նայելու Գերմանիայի կարողությունը. ՀՀ Նախագահ

 ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայիսի 25-ին ընդունել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահ Էդելգարդ Բուլմանին: Սերժ Սարգսյանը ողջունել է հյուրին Հայաստանում և նշել, որ ջերմությամբ է հիշում ս.թ. ապրիլի 5-7-ը Գերմանիա կատարած իր այցն ու անմիջականության և փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտում կայացած հանդիպումները երկրի ղեկավարության հետ, որոնց ընթացքում քննարկվեցին հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունների օրակարգն ու փոխգործակցության զարգացման հեռանկարները: Երկկողմ կապերի ամրապնդման տեսանկյունից Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարևորել է բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները, այդ թվում՝ ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահ տիկին Բուլմանի ներկայիս այցը և ընդգծել միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության դերը միջպետական հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում: Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման նպատակով Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանին տրամադրվող ֆինանսական ու տեխնիկական աջակ ցությունը և շնորհակալություն հայտնել Գերմանիայի իշխանություններին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, բարձրաստիճան հյուրն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը մեծ կարևորություն է տալիս Հայաստանի հետ խորհրդարանական կապերի ամրապնդմանը և փոխգործակցության զարգացմանը: Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ Նախագահի Գերմանիա կատարած այցին՝ տիկին Բուլմանն ընդգծել է, որ այն մեծ արձագանք է գտել իր երկրում, և ԳԴՀ ղեկավարության հետ ՀՀ Նախագահի բանակցությունները բավականին օգտակար ու արյունավետ են եղել՝ նոր լիցք հաղորդելով հայ-գերմանական հարաբերություններին: 

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման միջազգային գործընթացին, մասնավորապես՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ Բունդեսթագի քննարկումներին և շրջանառության մեջ դրված համապատասխան բանաձևին, որի ընդունումը, Նախագահի խոսքով, ցույց կտա, որ Գերմանիան, որպես Օսմանյան կայսրության երբեմնի դաշնակից, ևս մեկ անգամ կարող է շիտակ ու աներկբա նայել իր անցյալի որոշ էջերին և անցյալից դասեր քաղել:

Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահը մեծապես կարևորել է իր երկրի խորհրդարանում նման քննարկումները և ներկայացրել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ բանաձևի էությունն ու նպատակը: Տիկին Բուլմանը ՀՀ Նախագահից հետաքրքրվել է ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի հեռանկարի և միջազգային հանրության, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից գործադրվող միջնորդական ջանքերի մասին: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է առկա իրավիճակը և հակամարտության կարգավորման հայկական կողմի մոտեցումները:
