Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կառավարության ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների կրճատման հարցը հետաքրքիր «ճյուղավորում» է ստացել: Հասկանալի է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ քայլը հանրության «սրտով» էր, որովհետև այդ պահը շուտվանից էր հասունացել, սակայն որևէ մեկը նման կտրուկ քայլի գնալու պատասխանատվություն չէր վերցնում:

Այս թեմայով մամուլի գլխավոր հարցադրումներից է՝ ինչո՞ւ են հին ավտոմեքենաները դուրս գրում ու պահում «ճոխ» մեքենաները:
Որքան էլ զարմանալի է այս հարցադրումը, այնուամենայնիվ մի քանի դիտարկում կանեմ:

Առաջին, դիցուք՝ x նախարարությունը շահագործում է 31-02 (2000 թվականի արտադրություն) կամ Նիվա մակնիշի (ևս 2000-ականներ) մեքենաներ: Եվ Կիա կամ Հոնդայ մակնիշի:
Կիա-ները այս պահի ավտոսրահում 10-12 հազար դոլար են, հոնդաները 1000-2000 դոլար ավել: Նոր նիվաները 18 հազար դոլար են: Տնտեսման տեսանկյունից և գնման և սպասարկման (ռուսականները հաճախ են փչանում), ռուսական մեքենաները ձեռնտու չեն:

Եվ վերջապես, ո՞րն է իմաստը պահելու 90-ականների կամ 2000-ականների արտադրության ու մաշված մեքենաները և վաճառել «ճոխ» Կիա-ներն ու Հոնդայները, մանավանդ որ դրանք միայն հարաբերականորեն են նոր, հիմնականում 2009-2011 թվերի արտադրության:
Պետք է այսքան ծայրահեղացնել հարցերը ու ամեն գնով ապացուցել, որ 800 մեքենայի կրճատումը չնչին քայլ էր: Դա ոչ թե քայլն է նսեմացնում, այլ այդպես մտածողին:
