ԵԱՏՄ-ՉԺՀ համագործակցության բողբոջները

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Օրերս ՀՀ-ում անց էր կացվում Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստը, որի ժամանակ քննարկվեց նաև ԵԱՏՄ-Չինաստան փոխգործակցության հարցը: Հատկանշական է, որ սույն հարցը հայտնվել է ԵԱՏՄ-ի օրակարգում, քանի որ վկայում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Չինաստանի միջև համագործակցության խորացման արդեն առկա փոխադարձ շահագրգռության մասին:
Նիստի ժամանակ ՀՀ գործադիրի ղեկավարը իր ելույթում նշել է, որ շատ կարևոր է եվրասիական նախագծի և Չինաստանի՝ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման նախաձեռնությունը, քանի որ այն Եվրոպան և Ասիան կկապի տարբեր երթուղիներով:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով հիշյալ ուղղությունները կարող են անցնել նաև Հայաստանի միջոցով, միաժամանակ անցնելով նաև Հնդկաստանով և Իրանով: Հայաստանի դիրքն այս առումով կարևոր է, քանի որ ԵՏՄ միակ երկիրն ենք, որ ցամաքային սահման ունենք Իրանի հետ և պատրաստ ենք իրականացնել այդ նախագիծը:
Հարկ է նշել, որ ՌԴ-ՉԺՀ ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը, կարող է օգտակար լինել այս երկու պետությունների հետ սերտ առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերություններ ունեցող երկրների, մասնավորապես մեզ համար, քանի որ վերջիններս հանդիսանում են Հայաստանի առաջին երկու խոշոր առևտրատնտեսական գործընկերներ են:
Վերը նշվածի հավաստիությունը ներկայացնելու համար բավարարէ նշել այն, որ այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում մեր արտաքին առևտուրը Ռուսաստանի հետ կազմել է ամբողջ արտաքին առևտրի ծավալների 24,7 %-ը կամ գումարային առումով՝ 246 մլն դոլար, Չինաստանի հետ՝ 9,4%-ը կամ 93 մլն դոլար: Ընդ որում, թե ներմուծման, թե հատկապես արտահանման առումով այս երկու երկրների կարևորությունը Հայաստանի համար դժվար է չտեսնել: Ինչ վերաբերվում է մյուս կարևոր գործոնին, որի մասին խոսել էր Հայաստանի վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ տարանցիկ ուղիներին և Հայաստանի մասնակցությանը, ապա այն նույնպես բավականին իրատեսական է:
Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ ԵՏՄ-Չինաստան ազատ առևտրի գոտիի ստեղծման պարագայում այն բավականին գրավիչ կարող է լինել նաև Եվրամիության համար:
Վերը նշված հանգամանքները հաշվի առնելով, կարելի է փաստել, որ ԵՏՄ-Չինաստան համագործակցության խորացման քաղաքական որոշումն ընդունված է և Հայաստանը լավ հնարավորություններ ունի առավելագույնս շահած դուրս գալ այդ համագործակցությունից:
