Հրազդան գետն ավելի ու ավելի է աղտոտվում` շրջակա միջավայրի համար դանդաղ գործող ռումբի վերածվելով.«Հայոց աշխարհ»

«Երևացիների երբեմնի սիրելի հանգստյան գոտիներից մեկը` Հրազդանի կիրճը, այսօր այնպիսի վիճակում է, որ այնտեղ ոչ միայն հանգստանալ խորհուրդ չի տրվում, այլև անգամ գետի կողքով քայլել ու այնտեղի գարշահոտը շնչելը կարող է բացասական հույզեր առաջացնել: Էլ չենք խոսում այդ հատվածում տևական ժամանակ անցկացնելու, լողալու կամ պարզապես ձկնորսությամբ զբաղվելու դեպքում առողջությանը սպառնացող վտանգների մասին:

Մինչդեռ մայրաքաղաքի այդ հատվածն ի սկզբանե նախատեսված է եղել մաքուր օդ շնչելու և հանգստյան օրերին այնտեղ լիցքաթափվելու համար: Իսկ հիմա գետի հունով իսկական կոյուղաջուր է հոսում, գետն էլ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի բնորոշել որպես կոյուղի, այնքան որ ջրերն աղտոտված են տարատեսակ աղբով ու թափոններով: Որոշ հատվածներում ջուրն այնքան է աղտոտվել, որ ճահճի է վերածվել` գարշահոտով ու վխտացող մեծաքանակ մոծակներով:

Եթե տարիներ առաջ կիրճում կարելի էր բազմաթիվ հանգստացողների հանդիպել, ովքեր ընտանիքներով կամ կոլեկտիվներով խնջույքի էին հավաքվում, ապա այժմ գետի երկայնքով միայն մեկ-երկու ձկնորս է բախտը փորձում` առանց երկար-բարակ մտածելու, որ նման ջրում ապրող ձուկը համտեսել ամենևին խորհուրդ չի տրվում:

Այսօր թերևս մարդիկ ավելի շատ իջնում են կիրճ կա՛մ այնտեղ գործող օբյեկտների ծառայություններից օգտվելու, կամ էլ մեքենաները աղբյուրներից հոսող ջրով լվանալու համար: Իսկ հանգստյան գոտու գործառույթը կիրճը վաղուց է կորցրել:

Բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանը գետի ջրերի աղտոտման հիմնական պատճառը համարում է երկրում համապատասխան մաքրող կայանների բացակայությունը: Այդպիսիք ժամանակին գործել են խորհրդային տարիներին: Դրանցից մեկն էլ Քաղսիի մաքրման կայանն էր, որը նաև Հրազդան գետի ջրերն էր մաքրում: Սակայն շրջափակման տարիներին կայանները շարքից դուրս եկան, իսկ հետո էլ հնարավոր չեղավ վերականգնել, շատերն էլ մասամբ կամ ամբողջովին թալանվեցին:

«Այժմ միայն Աերացիայի կայանն է Հրազդանի ջրերը մաքրելու գործառույթ կատարում, որը շահագործվում է 1972 թվականից: Սակայն այն կառուցվածքների և սարքավորումների ֆիզիկական և բարոյական մաշվածության պատճառով աշխատում է, մեղմ ասած, ոչ լրիվ հզորությամբ, կատարում միայն մեխանիկական մաքրում:

Մինչդեռ կայանները պետք է նաև կենսաբանական մաքրում իրականացնեն հոսքաջրերում, այլապես միայն մեխանիկական մաքրումը գրեթե որևէ կերպ չի ազդում հոսքաջրերի որակի վրա։ Կարելի է ասել` ջուրն ինչպես մտնում է մաքրող կայան, նույն որակով էլ դուրս է գալիս այնտեղից և լցվում գետը»,- ասում է բնապահպանը` հավաստիացնելով, որ հին կայանները լիարժեքորեն վերագործարկելն այլևս իրատեսական չէ, և նոր կայաններ կառուցելու անհրաժեշտություն կա:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` քաղաքային իշխանությունները մի քանի կայան կառուցելու ծրագրեր ունեն, որոնք, սակայն, առայժմ կյանքի չեն կոչվում ֆինանսների բացակայության պատճառով: Իսկ այդ ընթացքում Հրազդան գետն ավելի ու ավելի է աղտոտվում` շրջակա միջավայրի համար դանդաղ գործող ռումբի վերածվելով»,–գրում է թերթը:
