ԱՄՆ Պետդեպը փաստել է. շփման գծում միջադեպերը հետաքննող մեխանիմների ներդրմանը դեմ է Ադրբեջանը

ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունը հրապարակել է երկու ամերիկացի դիվանագետների ճեպազրույցի սղագրությունը, որի ընթացքում Պետքարտուղարության ավագ պաշտոնյաները, որոնց անունները չեն նշվում, պատասխանել են լրագրողների հարցերին և իրենց դիտարկումները հնչեցրել մայիսի 16-ին Վիեննայում կայացած Սար գսյան-Ալիև հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Պետքարտուղարության պաշտոնական կայքը, առաջին ավագ պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ 1994-ին ձեռք բերված հրադադարից հետո թեև ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն ընդունված է սառեցված հակամարտություն անվանել, սակայն այն հեռու է սառեցված լինելուց: Նա ավելացրել է, որ այս տարվա ապրիլի 2-5-ը տեղի ունեցած քառօրյա պատերազմում կողմերը տվել են շուրջ 350 զոհ, այդ թվում խաղաղ բնակիչների շրջանում: Ըստ Պետդեպի պաշտոնյայի, Վիեննայում տեղի ունեցած Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպման խնդիրն էր հաոզվել, որ կողմերը հավատարիմ են մնում 1994 թվականի հրադադարի համաձայնագրին, ինչպես նաև մշակել վստահության ամրապնդման որոշակի միջոցառումներ։
Վերջինս նշել է նաև, որ իրենք ցանկանում են տեսնել բանակցային գործընթացի շարունակությունը, որի արդյունքում կողմերին կհաջողվի համապարփակ լուծում գտնել հակամարտությանը:
Ըստ պաշտոնյաների վերլուծության` Վիեննայում կայացած բանակցություններում երկու կողմն էլ ընդգծել են, որ ստատուս քվոյի պահպանումն անընդունելի է և որ անհրաժեշտ է քայլեր ձեռնարկել դեպի հարցի կարգավորումը:
Ճեպազրույցում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև դիտորդների խնդրին, մասնավորապես, Պետքարտուղարության պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ ներկայիս 6 դիտորդները կարևոր խնդիր չեն լուծում, և անհրաժեշտ է ավելացնել նրանց թիվը, ինչպես նաև ներդնել շփման գծում հրադադարի խախտումներն ու միջադեպերը հետաքննող մեխանիզմներ։ Ամերիկացի դիվանագետն ընդգծել է, որ այս միջոցառումներին դեմ է Ադրբեջանը, և Վիեննայի բանակցությունների նպատակն է եղել նաև Ադրբեջանի մոտեցումը փոխելը։
