Դուք վստահություն չունեք: Դուք չեք կարող նորմալ հարաբերություններ կառուցել, եթե երկուսդ էլ կամ ձեզանից մեկը կասկածելի է եւ մշտապես ամեն ինչին կասկածում է: Ազնվությունը եւ վստահությունը առողջ հարաբերությունների հիմքն են: Այո, վստահության մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու համար ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ. դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է խոսքին տեր կանգնել եւ բաց լինել սեփական զգացմունքներում:
