Գյումրիում միկրոավտոբուսի վթարից տուժած քաղաքացիներից մեկը դուրս է գրվել

Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի քաղաքում մարդատար միկրոավտոբուսի վթարից տուժած 7 քաղաքացի բուժումը շարունակում է Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոնում: Ընդհանուր համայցից հետո` բավարար առողջական վիճակով մայիսի 24-ին տուժածներից մեկը դուրս է գրվել բժշկական կենտրոնի վնասվածքաբանության բաժանմունքից: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Իսկ վիրավորներից մեկը վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքից տեղափոխել է վնասվածքաբանության բաժանմունք: Վերջինիս մոտ ախտորոշվել է զույգ թիակների փակ բազմաբեկորային կոտրվածք` տեղաշարժով,  առկա են գլխի բազմակի սալջարդ վերքեր, մարմնի բազմաթիվ քերծվածքներ: Հիվանդի առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է միջին ծանրության:

Վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում վթարից տուժած 3 քաղաքացի շարունակում է բուժում ստանալ: Նրանց առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է կայուն ծանր՝ դրական շարժընթացով:

Առավոտյան կայացած բժշկական կոնսիլիումի արդյունքում որոշում է կայացվել տուժած քաղաքացիներից մեկին ևս վիրահատել (աջ վերին վերջույթը): Հիվանդի մոտ ախտորոշվել է աջից ճաճանչոսկրի ս/3 փակ կոտրվածք` ծղիկոսկրի գլխիկի հոդախախտով: Առկա են նաև աջ սրունքի մ/3 մակերեսի և դեմքի սալջարդ վերքեր: Տուժածի առողջական վիճակը միջին ծանրության է:

Վնասվածքաբանական բաժանմունքում բժիշկների հսկողության տակ շարունակում են բուժվել մյուս 2 վիրավորը: Նրանց առողջական վիճակը այս պահին գնահատվում է միջին ծանրության:
