Արձանագրվել է արտահանման բարձր մակարդակ

Հայկ Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արտահանումը Հայաստանից շարունակում է բարձր աճ արձանագրել։ Տարեսկզբի չորս ամիսներին այն ավելացել է 21,7 տոկոսով։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ դուրս է տարվել 521,6 մլն դոլարի ապրանք։
Արտահանման նման ցուցանիշն աննախադեպ է Հայաստանի համար. Տարեսկզբի չորս ամիսներին երբեւէ չի հաջողվել նման գումարի արտահանում իրականացնել։ Այն էապես գերազանցել է ոչ միայն նախորդ տարվա, այլեւ 2014թ. մակարդակը։
Անցած տարվա առաջին չորս ամիսներին Հայաստանից դուրս էր տարվել 376 մլն դոլարի ապրանք։ Այլ կերպ ասած, արտահանումն ընթացիկ տարի ավելացել է 136 մլն դոլարով։
Չնայած արտաքին, հատկապես հիմնական գործընկեր երկրների շուկաներում հայկական ապրանքների իրացման հետ կապված խնդիրները շարունակում են իրենց զգացնել տալ, այնուհանդերձ դա չի խանգարել, որպեսզի Հայաստանից այս ժամանակահատվածի համար աննախադեպ ծավալի արտահանում իրականացվի։ Պատահական չէ, որ այն զգալիորեն գերազանցում է նաեւ 2014թ. մակարդակը, երբ հայկական արտահանելի ապրանքների իրացման համար առկա էին շատ ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ։
Տարեսկզբի չորս ամիսներին արտահանումը Հայաստանից 46 մլն դոլարով գերազանցել է 2014թ. մակարդակը։ Աճը կազմում է գրեթե 10 տոկոս։
Արտաքին հիմնական շուկաներում առկա դժվարությունների պահպանման պայմաններում այս տարի արձանագրված դրսեւորումները պայմանավորված են առաջին հերթին արտահանման կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններով։ Հայկական ապրանքների համար ի հայտ են եկել իրացման նոր շուկաներ, որոնք էլ առաջին հերթին նպաստել են արտահանման ակտիվացմանը։ Այդ միտումների վրա անշուշտ իրենց ուղղակի ազդեցությունն են ունեցել իրականացված տարբեր տեսակի խթանող միջոցառումները։
Արտահանման վրա բնականաբար առկա է նաեւ տնտեսական զարգացումների ազդեցությունը։ Տարին մեկնարկել է տնտեսության համար բավական բարձր ակտիվությամբ։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, չորս ամիսների տվյալներով, այն կազմեց 6 տոկոս։
Ակտիվությունն ավելի բարձր է տնտեսության իրական հատվածում եւ առաջին հերթին արդյունաբերության ոլորտում։ Տնտեսության այս ճյուղում առկա է երկնիշ աճ։ Չորս ամսվա տվյալներով, արդյունաբերության ոլորտի արտադրության ծավալն ավելացել է 10 տոկոս։
Սրանք գործոններ են, որոնք նպաստավոր ազդեցություն են ունեցել տարեսկզբի առաջին չորս ամիսներին արձանագրված արտահանման միտումների վրա։
