Շարմազանովն ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ի Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցչին

ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը մայիսի 23-ին ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրի այցը Հայաստան՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ներկայացրել է ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնածավալ պատերազմական իրադարձությունները եւ մանրամասնել հայ զինվորականների, ինչպես նաեւ խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից իրականացված վայրագությունների եւ անմարդկային խոշտանգումների վերաբերյալ փաստերը: ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը Քրիստիան Վիգենինին է փոխանցել այդ վայրագություններն ապացուցող փաստեր, որոնց մի մասը, ի դեպ, տեղ է գտել Բաքվի պետական համալսարանի կայքէջում: Էդ ուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի դրսեւորումներում կարելի է տեսնել «Իսլամական պետության» ձեռագիրը: ՀՀ  ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանին անթաքույց կերպով եւ բարձր մակարդակով իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել Թուրքիան, որն արդեն 23 տարի շրջափակման մեջ է պահում Հայաստանը: ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ թե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, թե՛ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը խնդրի կարգավորումը, ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի, տեսնում են բացառապես խաղաղ եւ բանակցային ճանապարհով՝ հիմնված միջազգային եր եք հիմնարար սկզբունքների վրա, որոնցից երկուսն Ադրբեջանը մշտապես մերժում է: Խնդրի կարգավորման համատեքստում Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը մտահոգիչ է համարել միջազգային հանրության կողմից հնչող անհասցե կոչերը. այս հարցում նա կարեւորել է առանցքային դերակատարություն ունեցող ԵԱՀԿ-ի հասցեական գնահատականները:

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը երբեք չի եղել Ադրբեջանի կազմում. նա դուրս է եկել ԽՍՀՄ կազմից, իսկ ղարաբաղցիներն ընդամենն իրացրել են ինքնորոշման իրենց իրավունքն այնպես, ինչպես աշխարհի շատ այլ ժողովուրդներ»,- ասել է ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը: Նա հավելել է, որ բանակցությունների ընթացքում առանց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասնակցության՝ հնարավոր չէ հասնել հակամարտության կարգավորմանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Քրիստիան Վիգենինը բարձր է գնահատել հայ խորհրդարանականների ակտիվ համագործակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում եւ կարեւորել հաճախակի հանդիպումները: Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտության խնդրին՝ Քրիստիան Վիգենինն անհրաժեշտ է համարել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված առավել մեծ ջանքերի գործադրումը՝ առանց վիճարկելու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մանդատը: ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինը տեղեկացրել է, որ Հայաստան եւ Ադրբեջան կատարած այցերի արդյունքում պատրաստելու է զեկույց, որը ներկայացնելու է առաջիկայում Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի տարեկան նստաշրջանին:
