Կարծում եք՝ մեղրը միայն հացի վրա քսելու և խմորեղեն պատրաստելու համա՞ր է: Բացի այն, որ մեղրը շատ համեղ է, այն նաև օգտակար է ոչ միայն՝ օրգանիզմի համար, այլև՝ մաշկի: Պարզվում է՝ մեղրի օգնությամբ հնարավոր է վերականգնել վնասվածքներն ու վերացնել բշտիկները, խոնավեցնել չոր մաշկը, կանխարգելել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունները, բուժել հիվանդ կոկորդը և շատ այլ առողջական խնդիրներ:

Մեղրի օգտագործման եղանակը

1. Կտրվածքներն ու այրվածքները կարող եք բուժել մեղրի միջոցով, քանի որ այն սպանում է ինֆեկցիան և նվազեցնում բորբոքումները, բացի այդ, մեղրը նաև արագացնում է հյուսվածքների վերականգնման գործընթացը:

2. Մեղրը հրաշալի կերպով պայքարում է հազի դեմ: Պարզապես մեկ գդալ մեղր կուլ տվեք քնելուց առաջ, և կարող եք ամբողջ գիշեր հանգիստ քնել:

3. Չնայած մեղրը բարձր կալորիականություն ունի, այն նաև պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ սննդարար տարրեր, որոնց մեջ են մտնում երկաթը, մագնեզիումը, կալցիումը, ցինկը, կալիումը: Սննդակարգին ավելացնելով մեղր՝ ավելի առողջ կլինեք:

4. Չոր մաշկի դեպքում կարող եք մեղրից պատրաստված թրջոցներ դնել դեմքին:  Պարզապես մի փոքր մեղրը լուծեք գոլ ջրում և ստացված զանգվածը քսեք դեմքին, թողեք մնա մի որոշ ժամանակ, ապա լվացեք ջրով:

5. Ամերիկացի գիտնականները վերջերս հայտնաբերել են, որ մեղրն օգնում է այն մարդկանց, ում մոտ արյան մեջ ցածր է սպիտակ գնդիկների մակարդակը:  Երկու ճաշի գդալ մեղրը կկարգավորի այս ամենը:

6. Մեղրը կանխարգելում է բշտիկների առաջացումը: Այն ունի հակաբորբոքային հատկանիշներ: Կարող եք մեղրով բամբակը տեղադրել դեմքի մաշկին և թողնել մնա ամբողջ գիշեր:

7. Մեղրը՝ դարչինով նվազեցնում է սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների ռիսկը, իջեցնում է խոլեստերինի մակարդակն ու ամրացնում է անոթները:

8. Մեղրը համարվում է էներգիայի բնական աղբյուր: Եթե սպորտով եք զբաղվում կամ ակտիվ կյանք եք վարում, ապա այս մթերքը կօգնի միշտ թարմ մնալ:

9. Շատերը պնդում են, որ մեղրն օգնում է փոշու հանդեպ ալերգիայի դեպքում: Դժվար է դատել, թե որքանով է այս տեղեկատվությունը ճիշտ, այնուամենայնիվ, արժե փորձել:

10. Մեղրն օգնում է օրգանիզմին ազատվել ալկոհոլի ազդեցությունից: Այնպես որ,  եթե ցանկանում եք անմիջապես նվազեցնել արյան մեջ ալկոհոլի տոկոսայնությունը, ապա մեղր կերեք:
