ԵՏՄ-ի «քաշը» ժամանակակից գործընթացների նժարին

Ժամանակակից աշխարհում երկրների առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները լուծելու անհրաժեշտությամբ պայմանավորված` ընթանում են ինտեգրացիոն խորացող և ընդլայնվող գործընթացներ: Պետությունները միավորում են իրենց ջանքերը տարբեր հարցերի լուծում տալու նպատակով, ինչի արդյունքում ստեղծվում են նոր միջազգային կազմակերպություններ և գործունեության նոր դաշտ:
Ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացները հատկապես ակնառու են տնտեսական ոլորտում, քանի որ ժամանակակից աշխարհի տարբեր ռեգիոններում առևտրատնտեսական միասնական տարածքներ են ստեղծվում, քիչ-քիչ անհետանում են բաժանարար գծերը, անցում է կատարվում ավելի խորը տնտեսական համագործակցության, որը ամուր հիմք է ապահովվում այլ ոլորտներում փոծգործակցությունն ընդլայնելու համար:
Այսպիսի նորաստեղծ ինտեգրացիոն մոդելներից է ԵՏՄ-ն, որը դեռևս գտնվում է իր ձևավորման փուլում, սակայն տարբեր երկրների մոտ արդեն իսկ առկա է հետաքրքրություն` ԵՏՄ-ի հետ` որպես գրավիչ միջազգային նախագիծ համագործակցելու ուղղությամբ: Նման հետաքրքրություն են դրսևորել շուրջ 40 պետություններ: ԵՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցության համար լայն հեռանկարներ են տեսնում Չինաստանը, Եգիպտոսը, Թաիլանդը, Վիետնամը, Կամբոջան, Իրանը, Սինգապուրը և այլ երկրներ: ԵՏՄ-ԵՄ համագործակցությունը մոտակա շրջանում ևս միտված է դառնալու կարևոր գործոն երկու ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների միջև տնտեսական հարաբերությունների աշխուժացման և գործակցության ձևաչափի ընտրության հարցում: Ավելին ԵՏՄ-ն` իր ելնելով նրանից, որ Եվրասիական տարածքում զբաղեցնում է շատ կարևոր և կենտրոնական դիրք կարող է յուրահատուկ կամուրջ հանդիսանալ ԵՄ-ի և Արևելյան Ասիայի երկրների միջև:
Այլ երկրների հետ համագործակցության խնդիրը կազմակերպության տարբեր օղակներում լուրջ քննարկման առարկա է դարձել: Ամենաբարձր մակարդակով տարբեր երկրների հետ համագործակցության հարցը պարբերաբար արծարծվում է և այս խնդրին անդարադարձ եղավ նաև օրերս Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ԵՏՄ վարչապետների նիստին:
Նշվածը հատկապես փաստում է այն մասին, որ չնայած ԵՏՄ-ի կայացման գործընթացին զուգահեռ առկա դժվարություններին, ԵՏՄ-ն հակված է լինել հաջողված և տնտեսական քաշ ունեցող կազմակերպություն. դրա համար պետք է գործադրվեն համապատասխան ջանքեր և կամք ինչպես միության ներսում փոխշահավետ և դինամիկ զարգացում ապահովվելու համար, այնպես էլ միությունից դուրս` արտերկրյա պետությունների հետ, ստեղծելով տնտեսական ռեալ համագործակցության հիմքեր:
