ԱՊՀ-ի դիտորդները հավանություն են տվել Ռահմոնի անժամկետ կառավարման շուրջ անցկացված հանրաքվեին

Տաջիկստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ մտցնելու շուրջն անցկացված հանրաքվեում ԱՊՀ-ի դիտորդների պատվիրակությունը կոպիտ խախտումներ չի հայտնաբերել քվեարկության ընթացքում: Այս մասին մայիսի 23-ին հայտնել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին՝ վկայակոչելով պատվի րակության ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Գարկունին:  

«Հանրաքվեն անցել Է ազատ բաց մթնոլորտում, բնակչությանն ընձեռվել Է ազատ կամարտահայտման հնարավորություն»,- նշել Է Գարկունը: Պատվիրակության ղեկավարը նաեւ ընդգծել Է, որ քվեարկությունը ցույց Է տվել բնակչության մեծ պատասխանատվությունը հանրապետության ապագայի համար:

Մայիսի 23-ին ավելի վաղ Տաջիկստանի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Բախտիեր Խուդոերզոդան իրազեկել Է, որ Տաջիկստանի բնակիչների մեծ մասը՝ 94.5 տոկոսը, հավանություն Է տվել երկրի Սահմանադրության մեջ կատարվելիք փոփոխություններին:  

Քվեարկության ընթացքում քաղաքացիները պետք Է դրական կամ բացասական պատասխան տային «Դուք ընդունու՞մ եք արդյոք երկրի Սահմանադրության մեջ արված փոփոխությունները եւ լրացումները» հարցին:     

Հանարապետության հիմնական օրենքում առաջարկվող 41 ուղղումների մեջ կան նաեւ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնի համար նախագահության ժամկետների քանակի սահմանափակման վերացում եւ նախագահի պաշտոնի թեկնածուների համար տարիքային ցենզի իջեցում 35-ից մինչեւ 30 տարեկան: Նաեւ փոփոխություններն արգելում են կուսակցությունների ստեղծումն ազգային կամ կրոնական հիմքի վրա եւ արտասահմանից դրանց ֆինանսավորումը:    

Հանրապետության բարձրագույն պաշտոնի հավակնորդների համար տարիքային ցենզի իջեցումը գործող նախագահի որդուն՝ Ռուստամ Էմոմալիին, հնարավորություն կընձեռի 33 տարեկան հասակում մասնակցելու 2020 թվականի ընտրություններին:
