Կողոպուտ ուկրաինացի զբոսաշրջիկի նկատմամբ. կազմվել է ֆոտոռոբոտ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացու նկատմամբ առողջության համար ոչ վտնագավոր բռնություն գործադրելով կողոպուտ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
2015թ. օգոստոսի 4-ին` ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Մեղրի ավատոճանապարհի 276-րդ կիլոմետրին հարակից աջակողմյան հողածածկ հատվածում առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձն իր վարած անհայտ մակնիշի և հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայից զբոսաշրջիկ, Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացի Յակիվ Ֆյոդորի Վոլկովին իջեցնելուց հետո, առողջության համար ոչ վտնագավոր բռնության գործադրմամբ կողոպտել է նրան։
Քննության նախնական տվյալներով՝ ձեռքով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է Վոլկովի կրծքավանդակին և վայր գցել, ապա գիշերելու համար նույն տեղանքում հարմարեցված վրանից վերցրել Յա.Վոլկովին պատկանող գոտեպայուսակը և հափշտակել դրանում առկա 20 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով երկու թղթադրամ ու դիմել փախուստի։
Դեպքի առթիվ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 5-ին Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Յա.Վոլկովը ճանաչվել է որպես տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Տուժողի նկարագրությամբ կազմվել է ֆոտոռոբոտ։
Քննություն է տարվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ հետազոտելու, և միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ լուսանկարում պատկերված տղամարդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ովքեր ճանաչում են լուսանկարում պատկերված անձին կամ որևէ տեղեություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն կամ ոստիկանության մոտակա բաժին:
