Պարզապես ելույթ մի ունեցեք այնպիսի թեմաներով, որից գլուխ չեք հանում ու որը ցրելը ձեր խելքի բանը չէ

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ռուսաստանի առաջին կայսրը՝ Պետրոս Առաջինը, բազմաթիվ նորարարություններ էր արել, բայց մի հատ ռեֆորմ կար, որ առանձնակի դուրս գալիս է, որովհետև ակտուալ է առ այսօր։ Ուրեմն, Պետրոսը հրամայել էր, որ իշխանավորները ինչ-որ պետական մասշտաբի ժողովների ու քննարկումների ժամանակ չհամարձակվեն վաղօրոք գրված տեքստով թուղթ պահեն մոտները, որից կկարողանան կարդալ իրենց ելույթը։ Հրամանի տեքստում մասնավորապես ասվում էր, որ թող ամենքի հիմարությունն էլ երևա ու գաղտնի չմնա։
Հիմա Պետրոսին թողենք պատմության գիրկն ու վերադառնանք մեր իրականություն։ Պետրոսի այս ռեֆորմը կարծես թե իր ամենածայրահեղական դրսևորումը հենց Հայաստանում է ստացել և հատկապես՝ ՀՀԿ-ի խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունում։ Մարդիկ խոսում են․ խոսում են շատ, խոսում են՝ հաճախ անկապ, իսկ երբեմն էլ՝ տարակուսանքի աստիճան հիմարություններ են ասում։ Հեշտությամբ կարող էին չխոսել կամ էլ գոնե հիմարություններ չխոսել, բայց երևում է՝ Պետրոսի պատգամին անսալով՝ ի ցույց են դնում իրենց ադեկվատ վերլուծելու ունակության, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրա ի սպառ բացակայութան ողջ անփառունակությունը։
Օրինակ՝ Վահան Բաղդասարյանը։ Ասա, ա՛յ Բաղդասարյան, ա՛յ արևիդ ղուրբան, ախր ինչո՞ւ ես քեզուքեզ խոսում։ Չէ՛, իհարկե հասկանալի է, որ պարոն Բաղդասարյանը, յուր ուրույն պատկերումն ունենալով այս հարցի շուրջ, փորձել է լավ բան անել և իբր «պադդերժկա» անել նախագահին, բայց ինչպես հաճախ է լինում նման իրավիճակներում (նամանավանդ, երբ գործին լծվում են դիլետանտներ)՝ արջի ծառայություն է մատուցում։ Թե բա ամայի ու անմշակ հող․․․
Բաղդասարյանը արդեն գրեթե 24 ժամ է ֆեյսբուքի ամենա․․․ բերեք այսպես ասենք՝ կշտամբված դեմքն է։ Ինչո՞ւ, որովհետև որոշել է էքսպրոմտ պատասխաններ տալ, որովհետև իրան ու իրան վերլուծություններ է արել և չհասկանալով՝ ինչ բառադի բան է արդյունքում ստացվելու՝ դարձել է Պետրոս Առաջինի ռեֆորմի թիրախային խմբի պատկերավոր օրինակ։
