Գևորգ Նալբանդյնաը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նախորդ համաներումը հայտարարվել էր ապրիլյան դեպքերից ընդամենը 15 օր առաջ՝ մարտի 17-ին: Այդ ժամանակ ազատ էին արձակվել 137 բանտարկյալներ, որոնցից 82 ազատազրկման էին դատապարտված ծանր և առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության համար: Ենթադրվում է, որ նրանք ազատ էին արձակվել ապրիլի սկզբին ծրագրված պատերազմին մասնակցելու համար, հատկապես, որ բոլորն էլ եղել են զինապարտության տարիքի:
Այս համաներման հեղինակը նախագահի պատգամավոր կինն է՝ Մեհրիբան Ալիևան: Համաներումի շնորհվում է մայիսի 28-ի՝ Հանրապետության օրվա տոնի առթիվ: Սպասվում է, որ համաներումը կտարածվի մոտ 10 հազար բանտարկյալի վրա, որոնցից 3500-ը ազատ կարձակվեն: Սրա նպատակը Ադրբեջանի հետագա սադրիչ գործողություններին այդ բանտարկյալների մասնակցությունն է: Այսպիսով՝ պարզ է դառնում, որ Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ անթաքույց կերպով շարունակում է լայնածավալ պատերազմական գործողությունների նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները: Մինչ հակառակորդը զինվում է, մենք էլի մնում ենք էշի ականջում քնած՝ սպասելով եվրոպացիների և ռուսների անբովանդակ հայտարարություններին:
