ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղերձ է հղել Հայկական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների երկրորդ համաժողովի մասնակիցներին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ,
Ջերմորեն ողջունում եմ հայկական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների երկրորդ համաժողովի մասնակիցներին և հյուրերին: Ուրախ եմ, որ Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության նախաձեռնությանը արձագանքել և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում հավաքվել են Հայաստանի և Արցախի խորհրդարաններում ներկայացված կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները:
Երկու հայկական պետությունների հետագա ամրապնդման համար հույժ կարևոր են հետագա ժողովրդավարացման, պետական կառավարման համակարգերի արդյունավետության բարձրացման, մարդու իրավունքների լիարժեք իրացմանն ուղղված հետևողական և համակարգված ջանքերը, որոնց հիմնական իրագործողները քաղաքական կուսակցություններն են:
Տեղյակ եմ, որ համաժողովի մասնակցության հրավերին արձագանքել են քաղաքական ուժեր, քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնք ունեցել են և ունեն տարբեր հայացքներ, տարբեր մոտեցումներ զանազան հարցերի շուրջ, սակայն պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել միասնաբար նախանշել ուղիներ հասարակության ներսում քաղաքական կուսակցությունների գործունեության, տեղեկատվության, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ու արտաքին կապերի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրին առնչվող և մի շարք այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ:
Համոզված եմ, որ նման ձևաչափը քաղաքական կուսակցություններին հնարավորություն կընձեռի ներկուսակցական դիրքորոշումների հիման վրա ամրագրել նաև միասնական համազգային դիրքորոշումեր: Առավել ևս, որ շաբաթներ առաջ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի սահմանագծում ընթացող ռազմական գործողությունները հերթական անգամ ապացուցեցին համազգային միասնականության ներուժը և մեր ժողովրդի՝ ազատ ապրելու և այդ ազատությունը պաշտպանելու վճռականությունը: Ուժեղ պետությունը պետք է ունենա ուժեղ բանակ և ազգային արժեհամակարգի հենքի վրա գործող ժամանակակից քաղաքական, հասարակական Ö ‡ տնտեսական համակարգեր:
