Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը մայիսի 21-ին ուղերձ է հղել Ստեփանակերտում մեկնարկած Հայկական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների երկրորդ ֆորումի մասնակիցներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագ ահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:

Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Միջոցառման հարգելի՛ մասնակիցներ,

Տիկնա՛յք եւ պարոնա՛յք,

Ողջունում եմ բոլորիդ Արցախում՝ ձեր իսկ հայրենիքում:

Հայկական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների երկրորդ ֆորումի անցկացումն Ստեփանակերտում կարեւոր է եւ պահանջված, հատկապես՝ ներկա ժամանակահատվածում:

Մեր կուսակցություններին բնորոշ է մի կարեւոր յուրահատկություն. ունենալով տարբեր նպատակներ ու ծրագրեր, անդամներ ու համախոհներ՝ ճակատագրական եւ վճռորոշ պահերին նրանք կարողանում են համախմբվել համազգային գաղափարների շուրջ ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Արցախում ու Սփյուռքում եւ միասնական ուժերով լուծել առկա խնդիրները:

Այդպես էր նաեւ ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին, երբ հայկական քաղաքական ուժերը դրսեւորեցին սկզբունքային դիրքորոշում, ցուցաբերեցին օրինակելի միասնականություն, համախմբեցին հասարակությանը Արցախին սատարելու, մեր ժողովրդի եւ պետության անվտանգությունը թշնամու նենգ ոտնձգություններից պաշտպանելու համար:

Մեծ է քաղաքական կուսակցությունների դերը ժողովրդավարական երկրների կյանքում: Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում ունենք կայացած ու լիարժեք գործող կուսակցություններ:

Սփյուռքում գործում են մեր ավանդական կուսակցությունները, որոնք քաղաքական գործունեության հետ մեկտեղ մեծ աշխատանք են տանում նաեւ հայ ազգային ինքնության պահպանման եւ հայրենիքի հետ կապերի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ: Դա լավ հնարավորություն է ստեղծում Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք միջկուսակցական համագործակցության համար:

Մեկ անգամ եւս կարեւորելով կուսակցությունների դերը մեր հասարակական, քաղաքական կյանքում եւ պետականաշինության գործընթացում՝ ուզում եմ ողջունել Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության նման նախաձեռնությունը եւ ֆորումի բոլոր մասնակիցներին մաղթել ակտիվ ու արդյունավետ աշխատանք»:
