ԵԱՏՄ վարչապետները լիակատար համաձայնության են եկել Նավթամթերքի միասնական շուկայի հայեցակարգի ուղղությամբ

Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նեղ շրջանակով հանդիպմանը ԵԱՏՄ երկրների վարչապետները քննարկել են մի շարք առանցքային հարցեր, որոնք լրագրողներին ներկայացրեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը: Տիգրան Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ 2016 թվականը միությունում հ ռչակվել է երրորդ երկրների ու միջազզային տնտեսական միությունների հետ առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների խորացման տարի, որի շրջանակներում վարչապետները քննարկել են ԵԱՏՄ-Չինաստան առևտրատնտեսական համաձայնագրին առնչվող հարցեր:

«Օրակարգի առաջին հարցն էր, թե ինչպես պետք է բանակցություններ վարենք Չինաստանի հետ ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ առևտրատնտեսական համաձայնագրի պատրաստման ուղղությամբ: Դա մեծ նշանակութուն ունի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության համար, որի իրականացումը մեզ հանձնարարել են մեր երկրների նախագահները: Այսօր կառավարության ղեկավարների միջև քննարկումները թույլ են տալիս ասել, որ կա ընդհանուր ըմբռնում, թե ինչպես պետք է  այդ երկխոսությունը վարել, որպեսզի հասնենք մեր երկրների տնտեսվարողների ու քաղաքացիների համար ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծելուն: Կարծում ենք , որ հարաբերությունների ճիշտ կառուցման դեպքում կան լուրջ խթաններ երկրների տնտեսական աճի համար»,-ասաց Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` լիակատար համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել Նավթի ու նավթամթերքի միասնական շուկայի հայեցակարգի ուղղությամբ: «Նախորդ նիստի ժամանակ էլ այս հարցը քննարկվել է, կողմերի միջև բաց քննարկում է ծավալվել և այսօր արդեն կարող ենք ասել, որ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել, որ փաստաթուղթը ներկայացվի մեր նախագահների հաստատմանը այս ամսվա վերջում Աստանայում սպասվող հանդիպմանը»,-հավելեց Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ մյուս առանցքային հարցը վերաբերել է Մաքսային օրենսգրքի մշակմանն ու հաստատմանը, որի շուրջ վերջնական համաձայնության են ակնկալում գալ օգոստոսի 12-ին Սոչիում կայանալիք հանդիպմանը: «Մենք որոշել ենք, որ քննարկումները կշարունակենք Սոչիում ու արդեն հոկտեմբերին Մինսկում` խորհրդի հաջորդ հանդիպմանը, կկարողանանք արձանագրել վերջնական հաձայնություն և փաստաթուղթը կներկայացնենք հաստատման»,-եզրափակեց ԵԱՏՀ նախագահը:

Հայաստանում անցկացվում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ-երկրների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների հավաքը: Երկրների վարչապետներն այս տարի հանդիպում են արդեն երկրորդ անգամ, առաջինը կայացել է Մոսկվայում ապրիլի 13-ին: Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստերն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում անցկացվում են տարին առնվազն երկու անգամ: Որոշումներն ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով:
