Թուրքիայի մեջլիսն ընդունել է պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկող սահմանադրական փոփոխության առաջարկը

Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովում քվեարկության միջոցով ընդունվել է սահմանադրական փոփոխության առաջարկը, որով նախատեսվում է անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկել այն պատգամավորներին, ում գործով դատական մարմինների կողմից հետաքննություն է անցկացվում: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:

Գաղտնի քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 531 պատգամավոր, որոնցից 373-ը կողմ է քվեարկել փոփոխություններին, իսկ 138-ը` դեմ: 8 պատգամավոր ձեռնպահ է մնացել, 9 քվե դատարկ է եղել, իսկ 3-ը` անվավեր:

Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունն ուժի մեջ կմտնի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կողմից վավերացումից հետո:

Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում այս առաջարկն առաջին անգամ քվեարկության էր դրվել մայիսի 17-ին: Քվեարկության ժամանակ 348 պատգամավոր կողմ էր քվեարկել առաջարկին, 155-ը` դեմ, 8-ը մնացել էին ձեռնպահ, իսկ 25 քվե անվավեր էր ճանաչվել: Քանի որ սահմանադրական փոփոխություն կատարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ 550 պատգամավորներից առնվազն 367 կողմ քվեարկի առաջարկին, այն չէր անցել: Առաջարկի օգտին 330-367 կողմ քվեարկելու պարագայում հարցը լուծվելու էր հանրաքվեի միջոցով, իսկ 330-ից պակաս պատգամավորի աջակցություն ստանալու պարագայում առաջարկը չընդունված էր համարվելու: Առաջարկի շու րջ նոր քվեարկություն պետք է 48 ժամվա ընթացքում անց էր կացվում նոր քվեարկություն:

Մեջլիսի սահմանադրական հանձնաժողովում Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ) խմբակցության անդամ Գարո Փայլանը Հենց այս առաջարկի քննարկման ժամանակ էր թիրախավորվել իշխող կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ պատգամավորների կողմից: Ավելի ուշ նա հայտարարություն էր արել` նշելով, թե հարձակման է ենթարկվել ծագումով հայ լինելու համար: «Հարձակումը ծրագրված բնույթի էր եւ ծագել էր իմ հայ լինելու պատճառով: Այդ մասին տեսանյութը հրապարակել եմ սոցիալական մեդիայում: Ցանկացողները կարող են համոզվել դրանում&raq uo;, -ասել էր Փայլանը:
