Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջազգային և բազմաձևաչափ համագործակցության ընդլայնումը, առանձին երկրների հետ ավելի սերտ առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունն առանձնակի կարևորություն է ներկայացնում միության համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ընդունող կողմի իրավունքով ողջունելով Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստի մասնակիցներին` հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Նա հավելեց, որ միջազգային համագործակցությունը կարող է ԵԱՏՄ-ին դուրս բերել զարգացման ավելի բարձր մակարդակի վրա:

«Ուստի այսօրվա օրակարգի առանցքային կետերից ես կցանկանայի առանձնացնել Չինաստանի թեման: ԵԱՏՄ-ի և անդամ-պետությունների՝ Չինաստանի հետ համագործակցության իրավական ամրագրումը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն ավելացնել առևտրի ծավալը, այլև խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի համար ներգրավել ներդրումներ, դիվերսիֆիկացնել մեր լոգիստիկ հնարավորությունները: Այս տեսանկյունից կարևորվում է աշխատանքը եվրասիական նախագծի և Չինաստանի՝ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման նախաձեռնությունների ուղղությամբ, որը Եվրոպան և Ասիան կկապի տարբեր երթուղիներով՝ ինչպես ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների, այդ թվում նաև՝ Հայաստանի միջոցով, այնպես էլ Հնդկաստանով և Իրանով»,-նշեց վարչապետը: Նա վստահեցրեց, որ Հայաստանը, ունենալով պատմական փորձ և լինելով ԵԱՏՄ միակ երկիրը, որը ցամաքային սահման ունի Իրանի հետ, պատրաստ է իրականացնել այդ նախագիծը:

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը շեշտեց, որ կազմակերպության զարգացման ներկա փուլում հնարավոր է արձանագրել ապրանքների և ծառայությունների ընդհանուր շուկայի կայացման դրական դինամիկան: «Մենք ելնում ենք նրանից, որ մեր երկրների ռազմավարական տնտեսական նպատակներին հասնելու համար, համենայնդեպս, կարևորություն է ներկայացնում երեք գործոնների համատեղ շեշտադրումը. «առևտրի ստեղծում», «մասշտաբի վրա տնտեսում» և «տեխնոլոգիական գործոն»: ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում արդեն ստեղծվել է ամուր պայմանագրային հիմք, մշակվում են փոխգործակցության համապատասխան ալգորիթմեր և ավելին: Այս հունով համաձայնեցված շարժը, անկասկած, իր ներդրումը կունենա մեր երկրների սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման մեջ, կբարձրացնի մեր տնտեսությունների մրցունակության մակարդակը և համաշխարհային տնտեսության մեջ դրանց ներգրավման աստիճանը»,-նշեց վարչապետը:

Նրա խոսքով` առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության է արժանի ԵԱՏՄ-ում ընդհանուր շուկաների ձևավորման հարցը, որոնց գործունեությունը երկրներին թույլ կտա վերացնել ապրանքների շարժի ճանապարհին դեռևս գոյություն ունեցող արգելքները, ավելացնել պետությունների միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության տեմպերն ու ծավալները: Այդ համատեքստում նա կարևորեց նավթի և նավթամթերքի ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման հայեցակարգի ընդունման նշանակությունը:

«Մենք կողմ ենք նիստի համար համաձայնեցված փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի ընդունմանը, որոնք ներառում են ԵԱՏՄ-ում մեր փոխգործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներ»,-հավելեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Ամփոփելով խոսքը` նա նիստի անդամներին ցանկացավ արդյունավետ աշխատանք և փոխընդունելի որոշումների մշակում` նիստի հետագա վարման համար խոսքը փոխանցելով Ղազախստանի վարչապետ Կարիմ Կաժիմկանիին:

Հայաստանում անցկացվում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ-երկրների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների հավաքը: Երկրների վարչապետներն այս տարի հանդիպում են արդեն երկրորդ անգամ, առաջինը կայացել է Մոսկվայում ապրիլի 13-ին: Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստերն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում անցկացվում են տարին առնվազն երկու անգամ: Որոշումներն ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով:
