«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը տարածել է Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի՝ Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու, ռազմական պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնելու պատրաստակամության մասին հայտարարությունը:

«Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայիսի 17-ի իր հայտնի հարցազրույցում պաշտոնապես հաստատեց, որ ինքը՝ որպես Արցախի անվտանգությունը երաշխավորելու պարտականություն ստանձնած ՀՀ նախագահի եւ այդ պարտականությունը ռազմական առումով իրականացնելուն կոչված Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի պաշտոնները զբաղեցնող անձ, հրաժարվում է կատարել Ադրբեջանի ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի հետեւանքով խախտված Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու պարտականությունը, քանի որ դա կարող է հանգեցնել զինծառայողների զոհվելուն: Ինքը, որպես Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձ, դեմ չէ, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք կամավոր կերպով ստանձնի Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու գործի ռազմական պատասխանատվությունը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Սեֆիլյանը հայտարարում է, որ պատրաստ է իր եւ իր նախագահությամբ գործող «Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ ցուցակագրվող կամավորների ուժերով ստանձնելու Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու գործի ռազմական պատասխանատվությունը:

Այդ նպատակով նա կոչ է արել ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, արտերկրաբնակ հայությանը, ինչպես նաեւ Հայկական բանակի սպաներին, ենթասպաներին եւ զինվորներին՝ կամավորագրվել Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը իր հրամանատարությամբ վերականգնելու ռազմական գործողություններին մասնակցելու համար:
