«Երբ հրապարակվեց ԼՂՀ Աժ նախկին պատգամավոր Վահան Բադասյանի հարցազրույցը, որում նա պատմել էր, թե ինչպես է ՀՀ Աժ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ավտոճանապարհին կանգնելու և այն նեղացնելու համար հայհոյել ու թիկնապահներին հրահանգել ավտոմատով սպառնալ վարորդ-կամավորներին, որևէ մեկին կատարվածը չզարմացրեց։ Բոլորն էլ լավ հիշում են, որ գեներալ Մանվելը միշտ էլ իր թիկնապահների հետ աչքի է ընկել բռնություններով։ Արդեն երկու տասնամյակ է՝ մարդիկ նրա ավտոմեքենայի ճանապարհից դիվահար փախչում են, քանի որ շատ լավ գիտեն, թե իրենց «սխալը» որքան ծանր հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Եվ այսօր ասել, որ սա սարքովի պատմություն է, առնվազն ազնիվ չէ։ Պարզապես մենք պետք Է տարանջատենք պատերազմի հերոս Մանվել Գրիգորյանին խաղաղ օրերին բռնարարքներ սանձազերծող գործչից։

Ու այս պատմության մեջ ամենազզվելին ի պաշտպանություն գեներալի սկսված քծնարշավն է։ Անգամ որոշ կայքեր են սկսել կեղծ ինֆորմացիաներով «անալիտիկել» գեներալին։ Մինչդեռ ընդամենն անհրաժեշտ էր պատվով ներողություն խնդրել տհաճ միջադեպի համար ու փակել այս խայտառակ էջը։ Սակայն Մանվել Գրիգորյանը, լինելով անասելի փառասեր (նրա քծնող շրջապատը անգամ զորավար Է հռչակել գեներալին), ջանում Է Արցախ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունները հանուն իր փառքի փչացնել՝ պատվիրելով վիրտուալ տիրույթում վարկաբեկել Արցախի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին»,–գրում է թերթը։
